The problem is uhual waited for almost a week to charge me the full amount and then over drafted my account. And that do it on the app process is ass because u dont have a human to talk to to help.
NORRIS LI ordered the vehicle at a different location and was forced to use this one at Fury ferry road. The requested furniture pads were not there with the vehicle and I had no option to report them missing in the check in app. The Check in app was also not working so I had to call the toll free number and that was not helpful at all. To top it off, I was still charged for the furniture pads, although, I have not complained bout that to U-Haul yet. At the end, I was charged for extra milage when I had to drive farther than 10 miles just to pick up the truck in the first place. there was also no parking for the return truck. I had to bother the clerk at the convenance store next to the drop off point who was able to call around and get the code for us to get in the gate.

David WI requested an in person pick up and U-haul change the pick up for a mobile without contacting me to see if it was ok, which I said on the phone when making reservations that I did not want a mobile pick up. It took over an hour for me to get truck after driving from NC to GA. I will never rent from Uhaul again. I will also be making a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
Yvonne RI requested a dolly when i spoke to the representative. You can listen to the recording. It was not there or on the rental request. Very disappointing. I had to waste an hour renting one from home depot

WHITNEY WI’m not sure but when I went to the location it took me a little while to realized the equipment is behind the building. You can not see it from the street or main parking lot.
Jose MWhen I went to get the key, it was already unlocked (the code was already inputted). So, some random person could have gotten to it and stolen the vehicle. It should be more clear to customers to scramble the lock once you put the key back in.

The transaction was quick and the agent was professional and pleasant! On top of the great Uhaul service, they also have a great selection of furniture! ??

drew wThis was the typical U-Haul experience. It was a dis-organized, lengthy process for picking up a small trailer. The requested pick-up location was changed 2 times by the U-Haul Company reservation office sending us to a different state for pick-up. Several phone calls were needed to correct the situation.

Jerry MThis is the second time I’ve rented on a weekend when the rental site wasn’t open. And it’s the second time I’ve requested supplies along with the van (dolly+pads). And it’s the second time those supplies weren’t present or available. And it’s the second time I was charged for those items despite indicating in the return comments that there was a problem with the rental. Just be warned if you try to rent supplies on a non-business day. U-haul did refund the charges, but hanging on the line for customer service is not my favorite way to spend time. The van itself was in great shape and the rental process was a breeze.

Matthew HI DONT REALLY MIND OR DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPLAINTS BUT THE 1/4 GAS WAS LESS AND IT WAS BUSY SO DECIDED NOT TO BRING UP THE ISSUE WISH IT WAS A FULL TANK TRUCK SO EASY TO FILL UP I ENDED UP PAYING FOR 3 GALLONS MORE PLEASE ADOPT THE FULL TANK POLICY INSTEAD OF 1/4

Johnny MThis end delivery location is regularly closed on Sunday and Monday of each week. Had we known that fact, we would have delivered the trailer to a different location two days early. However, they did send me a prompt notice of receipt of the trailer on early Tuesday morning. I think the endpoint service organization is probably a high performer. There was ample space to drop and park the trailer. Ms. Erica Helton, at the originating office, did a very good job of hooking up the trailer and showing us the do's and don'ts of safe travels. Her associate, Bibek Pandy, also did a good job of setting up our reservation. The trailer pulled behind our 2007 Buick Rainer without problems, vibration, or swaying. We are well pleased.

Laura BFirst time using this location, but will be our first choice from now on. Convenient, friendly and helpful. Only recommendation is providing a warning that the lot is on a slight incline. We had to scrounge around to find something to block the wheels of the 12 ft trailer when we returned it.
kathy HThe location we rented from was wonderful. However, dealing with U-Haul customer service wasn't. We were charged way more than we expected. We were charged more than agreed to, and getting anyone to assist us with the overcharges is near impossible. It takes a split second for the charges to come out of the account, but you have to wait 3 business days for a manager to contact you back is RIDICULOUS!

Devin KFor my 1st experience I found it helpful that there’s a number to call if i would ever need roadside assistance and for others I rented the 15’ truck I think it’s manual is behind the drivers seat not the passenger compartment. I could not find the instruments to move the side mirrors i found the manual accidentally when I had the collect my bag to drop the rental back.
Linda HI ordered moving blankets, but the location did not have any. I was not charged for them, but I was stuck without moving blankets for my move.
Jacob FThere was supposed to be a dolly available in the truck for my use. The dolly was not available, resulting in an extremely hard time moving my things. When booking this uhaul truck I was told there would be a dolly available for my use.
