I reserved a cargo van online and when I showed up at the location it was closed. I spent a long time on hold with customer service who reserved a van at another location, which has charged me more than I was quoted and I haven't been able to contact them to dispute the charge. The instructions were very unclear as to how to access the vehicle. My location was changed the morning of and none of my supplies were available which ended up being very inconvenient.KELLY C.
Repair the gate because I had to manually open the gate to gain access. There wasn't a live person there I had to take instructions over the phone. The employee told me if I go and lock the office door because it was left opened, and for me having to pulling the gate open I will be getting a discount. That didn't happen. Also there wasn't a dolly inside the van. Not happy customerKathy T.
It took 25-30 minutes on the phone to go through instructions for picking up the van, being asked all the same questions I already was asked when making the booking on the website. Van was servicable but had many dings on it. After the trip was over they added CDW to the bill even though I declined it on the website and verbally again with the guy on the phone.david C.
