When I went to location in Hobe Sound to drop off women said, she couldn't take or call u-haul to find new location. Called myself and was given new location a whole town away. When I got there they said. They couldn't take it but this person was able to call u-haul . Not like Hobe Sound, I'm assuming that women just lied to me. The guy at second location decided to take it. That is the last thing you want to experience after pulling a trailer 700 miles ðŸ‘ŽJoseph D.

Small sight outside. It took a long time to find it and trailers are not parked immediately outside of office, so we were walking/driving around trying g to find the small sign above a window. The large sign on the street has a different name.JAVIER S.
The location was clean and obviously busy- I still got helped as soon as I walked in. The dogs were a great touch- it felt like a local family business, which is where I like to shop if I can. My trailer was ready for me on time, the staff was super helpful making sure I was hooked up right- even went out of his way to make sure I had a working adapter for the brake lights... I wish I had caught the man's name that helped me. He had his mask on the whole time- even outdoors. I'm a cancer patient and at high risk for COVID so that extra touch was so comforting. My experience was safe, fast and affordable. I will be back there again.Jennifer M.

Although this may not of been a problem they initiated but my drop off location was one state and hundreds of miles away from my destination! It took longer to pick up the trailer than I expected and the person behind the counter was more interested in answering phone calls than taking care of me.MIKE S.
I was very disappointed when I arrived to pick up my moving truck and dollies and there were NO dollies. I had reserved an appliance, regular, and furniture dolly and was told NONE of them were available for my move. Someone should have notified me there were no dollies PRIOR to my arrival as this created a major stressor in an already stressful move.Deanna R.

This location was One of the best U-Haul locations I have ever experienced. The people were so friendly the equipment was in good working order. It was easy to make the reservation and return the vehicle. I would rate this is one of my two top U-Haul experiences out of many!! Keep up the good work!DONNA S.

This was not our original pick-up location. We had to be re-routed to this location because our truck was not available at our original pick-up location due to a U-Haul scheduling issue. This caused a little concern on my part for future reservation. I may need to look at other rental companies.Kathy S.

Had the uhaul vehicle I needed for my move easy with it. The ramp is abit more of a two person job but One person can manage it ramp was safe to use. I would go back to them for what I needed had more options too that caught my eye.NATHAN O.

Originally, I wanted this trailer at 8 am at the location closest to my house, which must have close to 50 trailers and trucks sitting around at any time. Then, later I got an email that the trailer would have to be picked up at another location that didn't open until 9 am. So, already a hour behind. Next, I arrive at the second location to find that they don't have the trailer I had a reservation for. I called someone who was supposed to be a district manager, I think it was Daryl, ( phone number 601-347-4348). I asked if I could have a small panel van for the same price as my time and patience was running thin. I was told that I could only get a van if I paid mileage, which was unacceptable, as it would have made the rental over $100 past the trailer cost. After about 30 minutes, the found me a trailer that I had to drive to a third loacation to pick up. By this time, it was after 10am, 2 hours past the original pickup time. I finally got a trailer at 10:45am. 2 hours and 45 minutes later than I wanted. I will be applying to my $50 reservation guarantee. This seems to happen every time I try to reserve a trailer at U-Haul. One time you moved my pickup location across town, only to get there and get sent back to the original location to pickup. I hope I don't have a need for your rental service in the future.Michael C.

Mike at Campen trailer sales also had major difficulties completing the contract on your system. In all, my effort to get the dolly cost me about 4 hours of my struggles (~1 1/2 hrs) reserve another 1 1/2 hours in Metter, GA and another hour at drop off. I don't know how long Mike had to struggle after he released me. Perhaps the system will work on my next need.Wilfred S.

I got a gas bill today, which was not expected. I was told to have the tank at 1/4, as it was when I picked it up. I stopped twice for gas to assure of the 1/4 full tank. I have e-mail a complaint.THOMAS P.

The first 2 trailers we tried, the lights didn't work. They took the time to verify that the problem was not with my truck and then persisted to find me a trailer with lights that worked. The men were kind, respectful, professional and thorough.Jane E.
The truck has cigarette butts in the cab and spelled like smoke and the back was dirty and needed to be sweept out. The tank was had a quarter tank of gas left in it. When told about the truck being messy they said don't sorry about it, it was no big deal and just to return it dirty.Joshua G.
I rented this online and got a quote for 232 and then because same trailer with twins drs and return in new Mexico he charged me 342 and said because of where I drop it off the price changed weird why the 232 cost did not stay.Lawrence C.
