There was alot of little bits of damage on both the trailer and truck that had not been marked. No staff initially offered to inspect the vehicle with me. Trifling folks.

I had reserved a trailer at a location that was convenient and close by for my move. When i called to check on the trailer the day of pickup i was told they had one, but for my convenience i needed to pick up the trailer at a different location. When i said this wasn't convenient and i would rather not go to the other location i was again told that for my convenience they were transferring my contract and that i should go to the other location for pickup, but that i would be able to drop off the trailer at the original location at no charge. When i picked up the trailer (after a 15 minute wait for someone to help) i was told that dropping off at the other location would be a increased charge and for my convenience i could return it to the current location. This was in no way convenient and made for a much longer day than necessary.

The truck we reserved weeks in advance was not available. There was no warning that a separate email with a verification code would be sent, and when it went to junk mail, it made the whole process a headache.

The inside cab was muddy and the back bed had trash in it when I picked it up. The person in the facility was friendly and helpful -- so, overall, the experience was good. But the equipment should be clean when I get it.

We were promised a 20ft truck and the day of pickup all they had was a 26, we were not planning on such a major move at that time and it created a lot of extra work at the time, but we made it to Florida .

We’re having problems with the Arden end; we’ve been overcharged & now received notification of pending delivery of our box for tomorrow!! I still have been unable to get things corrected even though I have called daily!!! I am frustrated with them!!!

Trailer functioned flawlessly for transporting a car. Loading, unloading and towing was excellent. Only issue, though it did not affect my use, was an inoperative running light and rear fender light. Had I planned to tow at night this could have been an issue.

Calvin and the young lady that works there have been really great to us. They were extremely friendly. Calvin will help you get anything you need. He's also very funny. I love this location because despite the horrible experience of living in this city, this company, when we call them, have been very supportive and really care about there customers!!! Thank you again and we will be back for any other moving needs.

We were very frustrated to find out that, after making sure to add enough gas to keep the truck needle at the same spot it was when we picked it up, we were charged an extra $6 for not returning the truck with enough gas. We certainly didn't use that much gas for our short trip. May affect who we choose for future services.

Uhaul sent multiple conflicting emails for where to pick the truck up, final emails were the wrong location. Uhaul also without my permission changed the face to face pick up reservation to a online pick up. Not a good option in a region with very poor reception. Insulting to read an email that said I made the change myself. Your system needs A Lot of fixing. When reservation was made on the Uhaul website the pick up location was open 7 days per week. If you went to the local pickup link there was contradicting information. Wasted a good three hours of packing/moving time on the situation. Took 45 minutes to get the truck.

My highboy chest of drawers was seriously damaged in shipment. One of the legs was knocked off so the chest was obviously not secured properly. Make sure your employees know the right size to recommend when Gettin a pod they left over 1500.00 dollars worth of furniture. Then they wanted to charge me for another pod. I am very disappointed in the initial move. Mary that delivered my furniture here in Womerdorf was wonderful. She deserves a raise but your employees in answering phones they need training.

No motorcycle trailer available for this rental anywhere in the area. Had to rent a larger, less fuel efficient trailer.

I had to drop off the trailer on a Sunday when they were closed, so I can't fairly rate personnel/service etc. since I didn't experience that. However, they were prompt to confirm Monday morning that the trailer had been returned in good condition, so that was much appreciated.

The brakes on the truck were terrible and the truck was too small to tow a car and load. Terrible experience. I thought we were going to die at one point because it was shaking so bad.

Dave do care of all man needs an excellent fashion he has heard on the laid-back approach to things worse very easy to do and made it just as easy breezy as it could possibly be! The floor of the van was filthy. There was an unexpected insurance charge that was I was not made aware of until i showed up at location. The pickup location said the fee was required for trucks and vans but not a larger truck. I requested a larger truck for the same price and was told no.

Pick up process was excellent. Jim Campen was excellent. I also used him for a uhaul trailer. Movers were excellent. Original lady who booked my reservation was nice, but not helpful as she booked me with movers that had not been in business for two years which almost ruined my move. thank god the lady who I spoke with second (a few days before my move, she fixed everything) was competent and helpful and fixed the problem. Delivery was excellent. Then picking up empty boxes was TERRIBLE and caused my a lot of money. I submitted customer action claim because of the problems with pick up of empty boxes.
