When I went to rent this U-Haul the truck was on empty. I could only go 20 km and have to put gas in. It wasn’t very nice.it should’ve been on full tank will not rent from this dealer again
David LThey told me the day before my move that the 26’ was not available after having booked it 2 weeks ago. The location for pickup and drop off is worse than East Hastings. Witnessed an overdose next to the truck as I was parking it. The vagrants are using the trucks as the own bathrooms. I will never venture back there

John DTruck was dirty and not well maintained. They sent me to a drop off location that wasn’t even open and I had to drive and find a different drop Off place after spending 8 hrs driving and moving!!
