Amanda TReturned truck six hours after use. Had to search for manager.. took keys and said would email receipt. Did not do that. Had to call U-Haul to track down receipt. Found out mileage was not recorded correctly. Charged me extra miles and extra for gas. Will be disputing this with U-Haul.

James SNo issues with the U Haul location. My trucks Electric system went haywire when I used the Uhaul vehicle tow trailer. I had to take my truck to the dealership to get fixed also the headache of running around trying to figure out the problem and the ride to the dealership
Preston WMy only complaint with the car dolly was the ratchets were a bit rusty but still functional. This minor problem was offset by the staff who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met in a very timely fashion. They even assisted in hooking up the equipment to the truck.

RHONDA AThey charged my card for $75 a week after they had already took my original payment. I called them about it and they never answered the phone. I left a message and they reversed the charges but never called back and apologized or communicated that they got my message. Even when I was dropping the truck off I was walking to the door and the guy greeted me with "What you want?" He has no customer service skills. I will say the young lady he has working there that checked me in was very nice and helpful.

Charles BHorrible experience. Waited for 2.5 hours for a uhaul with a reservation time. Only to pay for the uhaul and wait for my truck to be pulled around and the employee is unable to find any keys for the uhuals. He called the manager several times with no answer only to find out the manager took all of the keys home. I now have a paid uhual that I can't take because there is no key. The employee told me my money would be refunded and I was still charged for the uhual rental. I would never return to this location and will not recommend them to any of my friends or family.

daniel bIn a 15ft uhaul there's a 40gal tank, as I'm sure you know. I stopped to get gas before dropping it off and made sure I was slightly over what I had started with. Yet somehow I got nitpicked for 2 gallons?! Either someone is skimming or just being plain dishonest. I've always used uhaul but after this insult/fraud/lie I will be looking at other options. Y'all are ridiculous.
benjamin lI was billed for a hand cart that was never included the truck, when attempting to call the pickup location on the day of I received no answer, this move was completed over memorial day weekend meaning I could not get ahold of anyone to address the issue I simply had to move and the drop off location was also closed because of the holiday preventing me from discussing there either. I was charged an additional $112 with NO INVOICE provided indicating what the charges were fore.
KEVIN SThe instructions on the app for drop off would have been very helpful if I was told to go to them before dropping off the vehicle. I had already put the key in the box before I went through the app to drop it off. There were instructions that I needed to know before I did that.

TAO RWas closed when I dropped off the truck. Not many places to park a large vehicle, of which we were returning the 26 ft truck. Seemed average. Nothing else applicable.

DAWN BMake sure the staff know how to adjust the mirrors. Have better inventory information on corp web site, on moving blankets, the web site allowed me to place the order for items they did not have in stock. Better define extra miles cost.
Marilyn BWhat can be fixed is the booking office that schedules the trucks. They needs to ensure to assign the contract early enough that the locations can ensure to have the equipment needed ready for the customer. I want to than KELLY auto sales for her outstanding job in helping me and my family. If not for her we would have been in a world of hurt after the reservation office booked us and did not verify with her location if she had a truck and trailer or even if she open on Sunday. She went above and beyond by finding a truck and coming in on Sunday to make sure the truck was up to par and ready for us. SO THANK YOU SO MUCH KELLY AUTO! YOUR A 1 IN OUR BOOK
JAVONNE SLocation employees were helpful. However corporate made my experience the worst I’ve ever experienced. Booked my truck and equipment online using the app. Was called to inform me that the preferred location did not have the truck nor the additional equipment I reserved. They transferred me to a nearby location which was fine. When I went to check in using the app the time was incorrect for pickup and the truck was nowhere to be found. I spoke with corporate again to be transferred to a third location. The third location did have the size truck I reserved but did not have the additional equipment. Pretty much a complete failure to streamline the process anytime the app or corporate couldn’t seem to get the details of my order correct. Only saving grace was the on-site employee that tried to be helpful but could not really provide any meaningful assistance. If U Haul didn’t have such a monopoly on the rental truck market I’d definitely take my business elsewhere.
