Not sure how mileage is determined but when you change pick-up to a location over 20 miles away you should up the allotted mileage. Very disappointed to pay additional mileage when both the pick-up and return location we changed from what I selected.Margaret B.

They refused the drop off the trailer. Which was supposed to be the drop off location per the rental agreement. Had to find someplace else to go. Then the app said we'd be charged additional charge for not dropping at the place we were supposed toMichael H.
