I love 2 miles down the road and I was gone for less than 10 minutes because the trailer wasn't big enough and was charged for a days rental for 10 min and didn't even use it because ramp wasn't big enoughGregory V.

This location was the 3rd recommended as a dropoff, the other 2 locations were closed when we attempted to drop off the trailer. Alot of wasted time & gas. It would have been nice to know the operating hours of our chosen dropoff location so we could have made changes when reserving the trailer.Andrew J.

Too many locations around here to have to use this one again ! Worst experience ever as far as customer service and hours of operation . I wasted so much gas going back and forth Sunday to and it never opened . Then the call center sent me to the Ingleside store location and still didn't get a trailer . I lost over $100 riding around looking for a trailer and an open business that could serve me and I still didn't get to get it until Monday .Darren H.

With the way the keys are being made, a better key box would be very beneficial. The key slot was too small for the key so I had to make an extra trip back to the location.Tammie Y.

Tried to charged me for gas. The truck had more gas in it than it, did when I received it. So I kinda think that's designed to benefit U haul. Other wise the truck should be filled before the customer picks it up. It shouldn't be up to an individual 400 miles away to deter-man the gas gauge from a piece of paper or photo. At the initial location, there was no one there when I arrived. I waited about an hour before I could get the box. Also, luckily, I checked the box for the pads as the staff told me they were in the box. They were not. The "legs" on the ubox cart were upside down (inserted from top with foot up), meaning they would not work and could not be put in right without jacking up the ubox. I believe the experience in Memphis was very good. (I was not there, but my brother-in-law seemed happy.)William A.

I called to change my reservation the day before pickup ti extend days and remove an additional dolly. The man said he did this. He did not. The truck was old. OFFICE SMELL LIKE AN ASH TRAY TRUCK HAD SOME MINOR DAMAGE TO RIGHT FRONT THAT I WASN'T INFORMED ABOUT. NO WASHER WIPER FLUID. RIGHT REAR TIRE HAD ONLY 14 LBS OF PRESSURE WHICH WAS WARNING MESSAGE ALONG WITH OIL NEED TO BE CHANGED. TRUCK HAD ONLY 1/8 TANK OF GAS ON PICKUP. I could honestly write an essay about my experience. I NEVER do this, I hate Karen's. But it all started when I get a call 5 minutes before my pickup time that the location we had chosen didn't have our equipment but another location did. Ok, no big deal.. it's a bit farther from our house but as long as we can get our equipment. We drive to this new location where I pick up the truck... but then I am informed that the auto transporter isn't there so we would have to drive to another town to get it. At this point I'm frustrated, but still.. I need the equipment. So I drive the truck (with hardly any gas and a check engine light on) to *another* town to get the auto transporter. This is where I had enough and swore I'd never use uhaul again. I have never been SO disrespected in my life.. and for what? I'm a woman. That's why. The man that rented out the auto transporter to me was EXTREMELY rude and made sexist comments towards me, and refused to put it under my name, but insisted he put it under my husbands name who he's never met, because he felt I could be a â€œliability â€œ to those around me. Guess what. I drove that truck 5 hour away like the boss that I am. I am no feminist, I really am not. But how I was treated was unacceptable. I cried all the way home from picking it up. Never again will I be going with Uhaul. I have more self respect than that.SHELBY H.
