I had no idea that this was not an actual â€˜store' location and that I would have to sign up online to get the vehicle. It was actually a children's indoor/daycare facility. There was no one there to check the vehicle over. It was filthy inside and looked like it hadn't been cleaned between renters. There was water bottles in the cab, Kleenex and bacterial wipes. The cab was very dirty. The gauge indicated that a tire needed air. At the end of the trip I was shocked to find that I had driven â€œ122â€ km., when in reality I had only driven maybe 60 km max. So I guess I paid for some of the previous renters km. I will say that the person who helped me over the phone sign out the van was very helpful. Overall not a great experience.Georgia G.

I had paid for a Uhaul and dolley to move, and the truck did not have a dolley on it for me to use. The truck was also very dirty and not in great condition at all. The lady was also not professional when I went to pick up my keys. Very disorganized and made me late. I would not recommend Uhaul as I had a very poor experience.Sarah S.
I got the wrong truck, the keys were mixed up in the lockbox. There was garbage still inside the door panels of the truck. It also had low air in the right front passenger's side tire. I spent 30 mins trying to figure out and calling customer service who was of no help regarding the wrong key in the lockbox. I finally called the scheduling department and got ahold of someone to speak with and inform them of this mishap. It then took me another 30 minutes trying to figure out what mileage the actual van I was supposed to take had so I can could return the van!! The app wouldn't let me proceed without it. The experience wasn't seamless and costed me an extra $75 because the movers waiting for me charged for me an extra hour.Haroon Q.

My pick got late because the person who rented out the van before me placed the key in wrong box. Thanks to kidnetix store lady who was helpful enough to come and help me out with the keys. Thanks to uhaul for advancing the time wasted.Inderjeet S.
It took 15 minutes to get my uhaul even after filling everything online. The girl couldn't figure out how to complete booking. What more troubling was, I cleaned the uhaul. I dropped the keys. I asked is that it, they don't have inspect the vehicle. They said No. Later I was charged 25 dollars for cleaning fees. This is a Scam. I always rented uhaul. I take this is as a theft on my credit card. I never had this horrible experience. Forget customer service, they charged me wrong without my consent and knowledge.Varun G.

Picking up the van had problems. When I reserved, nothing indicated to not enter the daycare premises because of Covid-19. Returning the van had uncertainty. I used the app successfully, but it was 4 to 5 hours before I got a confirming email acknowledging it's return.ANTHONYR M.

The location was good but the on call customer service was not satisfactory. Firstly too much waiting time and although I reserved my truck 10 days in advance but I was told just 2 days prior to my moving that there is no truck available at my preferred site. I am sad I am writing this. No COVID 19 policies were clearly followed. The truck was not cleaned front or back and smelt bad in the cargo area. Moreover, billing is not done correctly. I requested for a dolly and was not provided one. I specifically asked to review the billing with the comments and 24 hours later still done wrong. Other than that, Took forever me to pickup the truck on phone, both android and apple app sucks, can do simple stuff. I appreciate the lady who called me back from the place because I forgot my jacket in the truck and was able to get it back within an hour. Definitely not using service again when there are other options available. Don't complicate life for no reason.Ajay K.
I came to pick up the cargo van that I rented but the U-Haul rep at the location had no idea of the rental. Even after showing the confirmation number, he had no clue on what to do. Then the person on the phone who helped me get the van gave me the instructions on how to return. It was my first experience using a Uhaul. And I must share it was not great. The advisor did not explain anything about the truck, at the pick up location, I was left to figure everything out myself. To top it all!!!! I have been charged ten times over!!!! How careless can an employee be!! There was an additional zero at the end of the captured odometer reading on the invoice , suggesting I used the truck to cover 130 miles!!!! Instead of 13 miles!!! I called the helpline number, the executive was completely unapologetic and had a drone like attitude. Nobody has contacted me since yesterday and my credit card has been fraudulently overcharged. when I arrived at the location, there was absolutely no identifier letting me know that I was at a U-haul location. It was a kids camp with young teenagers running the place. There was NOT one adult over the age of 18 at this location to assist. The camp leaders had no idea what to do. They knew nothing about my rental. They tried to call a manager and she was very little help. I would strongly recommend that you do NOT use this location. Drive a little further and use a more reputable location that operates as a real U-Haul business. I will NEVER use this location again or recommend it. After waiting over an hour to get my vehicle, giving my driver license etc and answering all the questions they asked, I just took the keys and took the van and left. Shortly after I received a call from someone threatening that I had stolen the vehicle. I told them no such thing happened and that the teenage girls didn't know how to print off the paperwork. So nothing was signed, but they had all my information. NEVER AGAIN!!! I don't understand how U-Haul will allow their brand to be compromised with such incompetence at such a poorly run operation.Sandra C.

The U HAUL Representative must be FULLY FULLY trained and informed as to what is involved in making a 24/7 Share reservation for a customer. I arrived to picked up my truck and to follow the steps on my Mobile phone which I did, but did not allow me to, since the location opens at a later time. I called the 1 800 U HAUL number and they were very helpful and stated that the employee did not correctly follow the process " 24/7 Share Reservation" I waited for the location to open and they were still not there. Thanks to an employee from an adjacent who helped me and finally after a 2 hour delay I finally got my truck.Robin H.

it took an hour to get the vehicle while our prearranged moving crew waited for us to return - the place was closed when we arrived at 08:57 for a 09:00 reservation - after a few trips around the complex to find someone and phone calls to Uhaul that were unsuccessful the employee finally arrived - then it took several system entries and phone calls to her employer during which I had to provide my driver licence and credit card info 3 or 4 times to eventually get a print out and when we returned with the vehicle approx 13:00 hours it took about another 30 minutes with several entry attempts and employee calling her employer for assistance before I left in frustration regardless of an incomplete transaction in the system and without a printout - now I'm wondering if the credit card transaction will be accurate or will I be overcharged because of all the entries - but it was best that I left before I blew my top with a nice young lady who was overwhelmed with a system that didn't work and an employer who could have possibly came in and remedied the situation!robert I.
