Not ask for a whole lot more qualifications while trying to pick up the truck eating into 45 minutes of the reservation!!! You could have asked for everything you needed 2 days in advance when I made the reservation. Absolutely ridiculous. Will be a very long time until I use uhaul service again. Provide equipment that customer paid for. I paid for appliance dolly, but when I picked up the truck non were inside it. I expect a refund for the rental amount of $10, since no appliance dolly was provided.Omran Z.

I had an issue checking out. During the second stage verification portion, I chose the another phone number option and when I inputted the number, it replied that I enter the same number. I was lucky that I keep my passport info readily available. Other than that annoyance it experience was just fine.Hao Z.
When we arrived the vehicle was left on 1/4 of a tank of gas, at the beginning of our trip. Not to mention there is literally a gas station in front of the storage units so a quick fill up would've been great customer service but I guess that was too much to ask for. Also reserved a dolly that wasn't available or left in the vehicle, second time this has happened with this location. Was given instructions to pick up the keys and the keys were not there at the time of the reservation. I had to go inside and get the keys and a different form of dolly.Adrienne T.
Take that truck off the road until drivable! We couldn't do 55mph as the shake and shudder were too great. Entirely too much play in the wheel causing to many close calls. Decommission this vehicle!Dana C.
Awful. Paid for a dolly and did not receive that dolly. Had to move ALL my heavy furniture BY HAND!!!!! And then they still charged me for the dolly and never once responded to my issues. TRASH SERVICE!!!!!Adrienne H.

No one at location. Great lady manager from Uhaul named Bobbi came from her location to help me get into lockbox to get key for truck. She was at W Central location don't know what I would have done without her. Check in was hard to do. 3 days later got notice I had not turned in truck, although it was sitting where I parked it. Checked my rental out by mobile app. Did not like the experience. Took about 20 minutes which I thought was too long. The app is very slow, I had to wait about a minute for each page to load. Plus, the app dropped in the middle of checking out my vehicle, and I had to start over. Attendant at drop off was very nice.Kenneth O.

No one to assist. Keys locked in mail box with locks that are very very difficult to open. Spent 2 hours trying open lock. And another 1 hour to return key to same mail box I will never recommend this location for rental pickup or drop offHenry M.
