They called me and right away were very rude and said I was late with truck. I explained that I didn't even get the truck until 12:45pm Bloomington time 1145amEvamsville time and she didn't care was rude said I would pay extra day. I said well I'd you are going to charge me the. I will just keep it and she said someone needed it and they wouldn't charge the extra day if I brought it back. She lied they did charge me even though I brought it back. I will never rent with Uhaul. I would even pay more at another place then rent with you.Matthew N.

Upon drop off the girl says thanks we will email your receipt and a few hours later I was checking email and they charged me $76 for fuel charge. I went back in with my paper the next morning and showed them I got it at a 1/2 and was told to fill it to 1/2 so I did. They tried to say I moved it to 15/16 on the app, which I did not. Then they blamed a computer glitch. I didn't buy that either but they did get my money refunded. I think trucks should go out full and be returned full.Randall B.

The whole experience was a disaster. The directions to the truck specifically stated the truck was on one side of the highway, where the UHaul office was located. I'm fact, the app made me go across the highway to actually locate the truck. Then I had to go back across the highway where I began to retrieve the keys from the Dropbox. Then go back across the highway back to the truck. The app should allow you to retrieve the key before having to go to the truck. Once the truck was retrieved, the cargo bay was very dirty and the wooden railing was broken.Ben G.

The truck was not ready and the door was locked when I arrived. It took over 30 minutes from when I arrived to get through the process and I had to get my own furniture carts. There was a couch in the truck from a previous rental. When I registered on-line I did not select the $14 charge but was added on without asking. When I returned the truck the shop was locked again with noone around to discuss this charge. I disputed the charge and have not been contacted. It should not cost nearly $100 to use a truck to move 1 item 8 miles away!Jason T.
The truck was clean but steering was loose and failed to have the dolly as advertised. Wanted to rent an appliance dolly but was not given one. The man was very nice and tried to accommodate it but it made my move 4 times the move as the stairs were not easy to take with the equipment.Christopher Y.

The safe move charge was automatically put on the receipt without me asking for it, i was not given a run down or any explanation of my options when renting the truck. I wish the whole final charge was broken down so I knew exactly what every penny came from. Agent was very nice though overall, I just wished he enlightened me more about how the final bill would be determined besides the miles I put on the truck.Aboubacar G.

My issue is not with the location or the cleanliness of the truck. The truck ran rough, lurched and gave us problems after about 200 miles and we were not sure it was even going to make it to our new home. This is AFTER I was told on 1/9 that we were unable to pick up a moving truck of any size anywhere other than Newberry, IN, which about an hour away from us. When we arrived to Sims, the hood was up and we were told the check engine light wouldn't go off even after warming the truck up for a considerable amount of time, so they were checking the oil, which was about empty. They thought that putting oil in it would make the check engine light go off. After they added more oil and let it warm some more, the check engine light remained on and we did not feel comfortable taking our belongings on a nearly 500 mile trip in it. We were then told that we could pick up another 26' at Less Stress Rentals, which is where I originally requested to pick up a 26' foot truck, but again, on 1/9 spoke to a representative that assured us that there were zero trucks available any closer than Newberry. When arriving at Less Stress Rentals, they had so many trucks on their lot that there were trucks parked across the street behind the Domino's. So I'm not sure where the communication breakdown was or why we were sent on a wild goose chase to get a truck, then charged an additional, separate $50 for our trouble to boot. We have used Uhaul multiple times in the past, but based on our experience this time, we will be using a competitor to move the rest of our belongings in February. I would like for someone with Uhaul corporate customer service to contact me.Kelly W.
The back of the cab behind the seats had a lot of trash and stuff tucked behind the seats and the cup holders had some orange goo at the bottom. I was charged $10/day for a dolly that wasn't included. Very nice staff and easy check-in and check-out at least.Luke D.

The movers that were hired through bowling green ky were extremely unprofessional and dangerous due to employing underage children to assist. One child was injured and several pieces of furniture damaged. They also did not follow instructions.Robert A.
