pick up place had truck but trailer had burnt out tail light the place would not repair after waiting 30 extra min with out telling me that I have to fix or take to the main store to repair the tail light

When I went to pick up the trailer, the employee could not get the electronic system to work properly. Prior to realizing he pulled up an old reservation, he told me he was unable to rent the trailer to me despite it being on the lot. The owner agreed with the employee. I requested he call uhaul which he did, but stated they were no help. It was not until i called uhaul that the problem was resolved. I was dumbfounded that they were so nonchalant about my inability to pick up a trailer that was scheduled for me to move my daughter to another city. I had even called them the day before to confirm the reservation and was told it was confirmed.

Great service. Dealt with one small issue (pad count) quickly and efficiently. Nice to see people dealing with customers empowered to make decisions and have the customer leave happy knowing they don't have to invest extra time and effort to deal with someone else.

Had a hard time getting a signal on my phone to do a return night drop. I have sprint. Not sure why I had trouble. My wife has same carrier and I had less trouble on hers. Maybe a free wifi and password on the key chain would help.

The truck we received had cigarette ashes in it and apparently some spilled liquid when it was picked up. The place we returned it charged me $25.00 for it. I am curious about it! I want my money refunded!!

Staff was extremely slow took well over an hour for reservation for paperwork to begin. Equipment was not ready, could not answer any questions that were asked.

It took me over an hour to get the trailer because the staff didnt know how to work the system to check me out. Then once they were able to they tell me not everything i requested was available. Do not allow someone to rent a trailer and accessories (pads, dolly, etc) if the location dies not have them.

I reserved a 20' truck a month before my move. when i got there to pick it up they said sorry dont have your truck.....so i though i would try to cram everything in a 16' truck. when it was half loaded we discovered it was only a 12' truck. now i am going to have to make another trip to round rock for the rest of my things. would not recommend u-haul to ANYONE

Found a dolly left in the back of the van when I got home. Windows were filthy and needed to be cleaned. Not pleased that my pickup was changed last minute. Says they called and left a voicemail, but my phone did not have any messages.

After being told I could drop off the uHaul anywhere, the first place i took the 15' vehicle (uHaul in Round Rock on 620) was the worst customer experience i have had in a long time. They told me i could not return the vehicle there due to being full and gave me no other alternatives except a wrong destination fee. Lindell's saved the day and made the experience what i expected.

The ac was not working. It was a very long and hot drive from Austin. I was very overwhelmed from the heat. I have always used usual when I move and have never had such a bad experience. Makes me very disappointed with the company.

Poor organization. Trailer was located behind trucks and posts. Required moving 2 trucks to get to it. I had reserved the trailer, used the UHaul app to prepay, allowing for streamlined check out. None of that worked. Still had to put information into computer by man who continued to hold his cereal bowl with one hand while he input my information with the other hand. Frustrating experience. No sense of concern for any time issues that I might have, which is precisely why I tried to do much of the work online, ahead of time.

Bad customer service when picking up rental...they guy was in no rush to get the rental truck checked out to us; and instead left us hanging while he went to help other customers and maintain other areas of the store. Finally, another employee came and helped us in getting the truck checked out to us

One of the truck floor plates (in the bed of the back of the truck) was not attached properly (previous bad repair job) causing my foot to get caught in the floor plate when moving items. U-haul location did not offer refund.
