Charged a 25.00 cleaning fee that was not mentioned. Charged for 2 gallons of gas after we just put gas in it. They should be upfront about extra charges.
KIMBERLY SNot the guys fault but I reserved a truck along with dollys and handtrucks & when I went to pickup there was absolutely 0 equipment. I had to go the another store to get furniture dollys and was not given the handtrucks I needed. Plus The back of the truck was disgusting. We had to clean everything before we could put our stuff in. Also was very annoying I drove 35 minutes to the place I reserved it a couple towns over only for them to tell me that it’s at a different location. I didn’t receive a text but I did get an email saying it was at a new location 15 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the truck. Too bad I was already halfway to the other town. Had to turn around and drive 30 minutes the other way.
