The Tru Value never even looked at the returned uhaul and transporter until after we left. They did call and ask about the dollies which we had returned back in SF because there was no room for them.

Told me to go park in a lot and would not inspect the trailer while I was there. I have a $3.16 "Wrong drop off location" that I have emailed a response to twice without hearing anything. This is the selected location and I want the $3.16 returned.

The outside mirrors were hard to see out of in their locked positions. Adjustable mirrors would help, especially if you don't have a co-pilot to help navigate.

The U-haul employees were rude and not helpful??. I had to wait a while to get someone to help me with U-Haul since it’s at a True Value store and I did all the online check in which claimed that it took away 1/2 the check in time if you did the check in online. I had to do everything again and then was charged the pre-authorized charges as well as the total final bill when I returned the truck after hours between close at 6pm and 7pm, which was listed on my contract as the time it had to be in but my actual contract when I spoke to 1-800-gouhaul said I had it until 9pm??. It was frustrating snd I felt they didn’t help at all and why am I double charged! I know it was a busy moving day but there were so many errors that I had 3 different trucks that I had to reserve because either a truck wasn’t available even though I had a confirmation or the agent put the incorrect date or time on the reservation when I spoke to the 1-809 agent... it was also hard every time to understand the agent as they didn’t speak English well and made many errors... just having the store be rude and not helpful topped off a terrible experience??.
