Not add a second requirement to the rental agreement AFTER you get dropped off at the place. If you need a passport or to have a second phone for some dumb af reason, post it during the reservation...Albert J.

Owner, was late opening, arrived to tons of people waiting, he was totally overwhelmed. He was rude, was not a smooth transaction. Truck had air from engine coming in by gas petal and it burned my foot. Drivers door lock did not unlock with the key had to crawl over through passenger side to unlock door.Cindy E.

I strongly recommend you have a leader supervise this location. I understand it is operated by a non Uhaul distributor but your brand is at a risk. These guys were not professional and I had a horrible experience. I will never go back there again.Kristen C.

Hardly any cell service and no internet conection, was very challenging to complete my rental! Locks were hard to open! Office wasn't open so greatly challenged to work my reservation out, took 40 minutes to complete sign in!Herbert E.
