We had an issue in that U-Haul scheduled my truck pick-up at 8:30 am but the local store didn't open until 9:00 The dealer got there as quickly as he could and he was very efficient and helpful.

We dropped off the truck and trailer at about 4:30PM on Thursday, a day before it was due, well before the posted closing hour. No one was there and the place was locked up tight. I went back twice over the next two days and never found anyone there which was a problem as I left my Handicapped parking Tag in the truck. I got a receipt saying they received the truck and trailer at 2:38PM on Friday?

Dropped off truck and trailer one day early. They show receipt of them about a half hour before due, the following day. I never saw a person at the facility though I dropped off the truck and trailer at least 3 hours before their posted closing time. Went back there twice about mid day each of the next 2 days and the place was locked up. I left a handicapped parking tag in the truck and needed to retrieve it.

The truck was not clean but it was not the fault of this location as we were a last minute pick up. We rented over the phone from another location and everything was wrong. This location helped us out of a bad situation!

Owner was great! I forgot to check the email for return time and was a couple of hours late returning the truck. I was fully prepared to pay the extra day. Owner said it was not a problem, checked the vehicle in and sent me on my way. Great service!

Wasn't happy that had to wait 30 minutes for someone to show up and it put me behind schedule and cost me money since I was paying people to move my stuff into the Uhaul. I was on the phone for over 20 minutes with the 1-800 number for Uhaul and I kept getting put on hold and transferred to different people

The transaction was fine and the people were very friendly, but, the transaction took longer than it should have and I had to be somewhere else following the appointment and was a bit late. It was a good experience, but not excellent. No complaints other than that. Good experience.

Provide an adapter for the electrical connection for the trailer lights. I had to purchase one before I could get the lights to work.

Drop-off location was hard to find and access with the truck. We were a little late to turn in the truck, but we were not told we we would be charged a full day. We should have been warned before being charged automatically.

The socket mechanism to connect to the trailer was listed & stiff & seized up & would not open & drop onto the hitch on my car. Also there was no mechanism to raise or lower the front of the trailer making it difficult for a single mom to maneuver, I had to use the jack out of my car!. Otherwise it was fine !

The truck ran bad and was extremely hot in the cab. The truck also leaked and soaked some boxes and ruined a matress.

The truck had approximately 100,000 miles on it and could probably have used a tune-up. We used 11 gallons more gas than previous trips of the same distance and same size rental trucks. And new shocks. But it ran well otherwise and I would rent another U-Haul for future moves. Thank you.

I have used this location twice now. The first time was ok, this time on the other hand not so great. Told me they had a truck Saturday when they didnt. Go to get the truck Sunday. Once I get home to load my stuff, find out that the back of the truck hadn't been cleaned. Looked like they had moved live stock in the back cows/ horses cause there was mud and dirt on everything. Which put me back 2 hours after cleaning it out. Not a happy camper right now with uhaul!!!

Allow plenty of time to pick it up and make sure you get everything you ordered. I had ordered a dolly, but did not get it. I still had to pay for it even though I called and told them I did not get it. They wanted me to make another trip to get it. I did not have time to come back to get it. I was busy trying to move!

Make sure the inside of the windshield is clean. Other than that the ride was smooth. The gas mileage was good. I missed power windows, cruise control, power seat and power locks.
