My online order included a dolly and protective mats, neither of which the location had. It's BS that the ordering system doesn't have the correct inventory that is available at each site. The sales rep was helpful and I don't blame her. This is U Haul system failure.ANTHONY K.
The mobile app seems to be a bit finicky. I launched it prior to pick up time and it assumed I wanted to initiate pickup. Caused some confusion at the location. (this might have also occurred because I was staying with 1 mile of the Haul location)TUSHAR HARI D.

It would be helpful to warn the customer that when providing an alternate contact during the check-in process, U-Haul will call that alternate contact immediately and expect an immediate answer; This might help the customers save time during check-in!Kwesi R.

The on line steps I had to go through after arriving at the pick up location were rather lengthy. Otherwise, everything was OK. No big deal but the truck's AC unit seemed to have a mind of its own. The fan speed would increase or decrease randomly. The ride was rather bumpy. You might want to look at the shocks.Art L.

The person verifying the registration did not have access to the correct number, told us we had to verify the registration by different times via phone call and via email and when we called she had already cancelled it. It was very frustrating and confusing.Angela B.

I had practically a perfect rental experience. The staff at this facility is so helpful and kind that they are like your family trying to assist you. I received a van with supposedly full gas tank (according to gauge on contract and on the vehicle dashboard), however I needed to fill the tank with 4 gal before return. It is implausible that the van used that much gas for the 15miles that I drove, meaning that the vehicle's gas tank was not actually full when I received it. I was not offered a refund when I returned the vehicle and mentioned this issue.Carl Simon A.

I appreciate that someone was there during opening hours to solve the unexpected issues I encountered, but Customer service demeanor, understanding and empathy from office staff could use some work. There was too much defensiveness up front and blame abiut the uhaul app and other uhaul locations instead of helping me and problem solving and doing what you could do to help immediately.Victoria B.
