I had set up a counter check out and not a self check out. When I got there the guys had no clue. I called his manager and he answered once and then went 20 minutes before answering again. Once I did it online it said get keys inside and store was closed. Finally manager gave me a code. 1 hr and 15 min to get in the uhaul. The worst parar is that I had an existing reservation.
