Pamela ZReplace the personnel entirely or close the location. It took us two hours, plus extra calls and a revisit, to get the trailer dropped off. The only person available did not appear familiar with UHaul procedures, and could not articulate what the problem was or who should solve it. We later drove by a much larger location in Madison, near the airport, that didn't look like a junkyard. If I need service in the Madison area again, I will try them

Truck was older and ran pretty hard (shifted around 3000 rpm at 25 mph), notifications to take condition photos before leaving pick up location came after I left and was already driving, dolly cart seal broken previous to us picking up, just accepted the $7 charge… The people at pickup /drop off location made the whole exchange pleasant
Jenna KI reserved a location that was 2 blocks from my home and then two days later was told I had to go to a location that was 20 miles away. Your online system leaves much to be desired in that category. Also, there were several closer locations other than the one you sent me to that would have saved me time, mileage, and headache.
Catherine TThe truck had a fan belt issue, the check engine light kept coming on and there were several warning lights that came on as well: Airbag maintenance, stabilizer and traction control. We did tell them and they said they would check into it.
Elizabeth KThe driveway was extremely narrow due to flower business having there pots and plants too close to driveway. Drop off area was a bit tight for unskilled drivers. For me no problem. Other than that very friendly, professional, helpful folks. In and out in 10 minutes. That was great.
Niklaus IThe van was in good shape overall but the Air Conditioning does not work very well and the serpentine belt made a lot of noise initially upon pick up. Thankfully it was a cool enough day that it was not an issue.

Michael HThere is no U-Haul sign near HWY 12 to inform you to turn. The U-Haul location is hidden behind the large Pickers Place nursery. Put up signs directing one to go to the location.
James FPeggy and her staff was very helpful and resolved the issue with the truck I had received. She replaced it with a different truck, her staff unloaded my items from the defective truck and loaded it on the replacement truck. It was an over all pleasant experience. Thank you Peggy and her team.

zack ni was a little disappointed when i received a call on 4/15/23 saying there was a scheduling mix up on my trailer rental. apparently the baraboo location didn't have a car hauler available for a one way trip but i was still able to schedule it in advance online. so instead of being able to get the trailer that was five minutes away from my house, i had to drive an extra 30 minutes one way in order to get a trailer. I would have appreciated a little bit of a discount off of the rental rate due to the added fuel cost, but that was not the case whenever i asked the lady at the counter.
Kurtis BThey had the beginning miles listed wrong, at120004.8 when it was 120048 and charged us for 102 miles over charging us by 44 miles. Tried to explain to person working that Sauk city to Spring green and back is about 56 miles and their reading could not have been right with zero results. I’m sure this started out as a simple mistake but when they refuse to admit a mistake and charge for it, that’s essentially theft.

Daniel NThe trailer was filled with snow..and the lady had a hard time hooking It up tonight hitch. Not her fault, the weather was very cold and she did a great job in handling it.. would rent from them again..Lori was very kind and patient with us..I would recommend them for sure!
