It's much better and faster at this place to go online and fill out your order, they all stare at each other and looked confused otherwise. I filled everything out online and was in and out in 15 mins vs like 45 last time I was there. Also just an fyi while they are real nice people there they (At least the ones I've dealt with) have really no clue how to hook up a trailer. The last guy didn't have all the chains hooked up, ask to verify if the lights worked or even tighten down the ball hitch. It's a good thing I double checked it all before taking off.Michael G.

Due to extremely limited weekend hours I had to pick up the trailer almost 20 hours sooner than I needed it. I returned it less than 31 hours later and was charged for three days rental. At the time of rental I was told I would be charged for two days and when I got the bill a third day was added. Last time I looked a day had 24 hours in it. Don't know if this is a U-Haul or pickup location policy but it sucks and I will not be renting from this location in the future and chance are good I will be looking for someone other than U-Haul to rent a trailer/truck from in the future.Douglas P.

Everything was great despite being told I would have 2 extra hours and was still billed an extra day for being less than an hour late on the return. Was also charged for extra miles which could not be prevented due to a long detour and the drop off point was 18 extra miles away from my home. So my advice would be to don't go over the miles allowed and get the truck back asap within the allowed time or you will be charged more.MICHAEL ALLEN M.

I was misled about the cost of my rental as well as the availability for pick up. I drove 40 minutes after working all day to pick up this moving truck at midnight and was unable to do so after attempting to be verified for over 2 hours. I finally gave up and drove back to the apt I was moving from and finally got through to someone at uhaul after being on hold for over an hour I was told I could go back to the location right then to pick up the truck or wait until the next day. I am disgusted that I was not even able to get a discount on my rental, as a matter of fact I was charged almost 2 times as much as I agreed to pay!!Ashley A.

First of all the phone number on the paperwork I was given for dropoff location was wrong (never answered). when I dropped off the truck 20 hours early, the personnel didn't see to know what to do with it. The next day (Monday) when it should have been checked in by the store, it was not and the 800 number I called said he was showing as past due. UHaul was sending me texts thanking me and I disregarded since I was busy moving and then didn't realize that was also the way to virtually check it in. So things weren't intuitive and I didn't think the 800 number people we overly helpful either. But the truck was newer and the price was fair so that was the important part so I still believer in the company just not the process so much!Kevin K.
