I wanted to give high marks to the Service Representative who got me out the door and checked in when I was done. This guy was personable, competent, and made the process quick and easy. As I told my wife after the move, "That guy really made the day." Great work!

Will not use self check-in again. Process was slow and unexpectedly had to provide more details than advertised to complete rental (i.e., name and number of an alternate contact...who they immediately called).

They allowed me to park my personal vehicle overnight so when I returned the uhaul truck, I could leave in my own car instead of arranging transportation home.

The 24/7 pickup is faulty. It's impossible and takes forever if you have to troubleshoot anything. My movers waited 45 min despite me showing up 30 min early to get my truck. The first problem was me not knowing that they would call my backup contact. He was right there with me but reception in the parking lot was poor so he couldn't hear anyone on the phone. He tried calling back, I tried calling and chatting but no one helped us. One woman was very rude on the phone. Finally, he was verified and I was verified but when I clicked out of the terms and conditions, the app closed and I lost the lockbox code. After another 20 min on hold (with movers on the clock...) I got ahold of someone who could pull up code. If you want this 24/7 thing to work, let people know the contact will be called. Give them a 2nd ring if the first call fails. And send an email or text with code to lockbox! App defaults back to first screen, theres no way to get back to that info. You made my day very stressful and I'll think twice before using uhaul again. I definitely wont do the 24/7 pickup again!

When I came to pick up the truck, instructions weren’t clear, I tried to find the key inside of the car for 15 minutes with no results. Then I called customer support and waited around 10 minutes for someone to respond!! They explained that key was by the door of the building, so I finally found it. Please, write more specific description where to pick up the key (by the door of the car or by the door of the building). When I came to drop off the car, I finished every step in the app and then order was completed but it didn’t tell me what I should do with a key from the truck. So I tried to read emails, read info in the app about order and NOTHING. Spend again a lot of time. Then I started to calling customer support and AGAIN I WAITED BY THE U-haul More that 15 minutes, and no response! Please, hire more people for the customer service, don’t you see the statistics how long people wait on the line? It’s not normal! To pick it up- wait, drop off- wait again even longer. Who will give me back my time spent nerves?

It took about 20 minutes to work through the whole check out experience. That is ok, but there was no expectation set. The video made it seem like checking out the van would be instantaneous. If it’s going to take so long to get approved you should let me know. I was really frustrated at the time that it took so long. I think just letting me know would prevent that.

I would like to say that the reception is the customer service that I received was excellent she did a great job the truck wasn't really good to drive but I was able to use it and get everything that I needed done done I think you for the location I thank you for the customer service she was really really great

Had to take it to this location after the place I was assigned to bring back the truck, refused me. While "Security Self Storage" has no fault in this; I've faced many scheduling errors and billing problems with this rental. I will no be using UHaul again in the future.

Customer service is very important to me. I didn't appreciate the service I received from the worker...the whole experience was a joke. An error had occured doing the ignition of the truck rental that was discovered upon returning the truck. The paper work I was given was the wrong paper work for the truck I had received, which indicated the whole process was in error. Once the error was recognized, the error was corrected.

I will never rent from this location again. I will also warn family and friends not to rent from that location. I was accused of stealing their truck. They called me 3 days later stating that I didn’t return the truck. Then t said they didn’t see me on camera returning the truck. They filed a police report on me and everything. This caused me great stress and made me sick. The field manager had to handle everything.

I had an 11:00AM pick up no one in the office. (they finally came)I left 11:45AM which through the moving schedule off. When dropped off at 11:00AM customers outside waiting for them to open office.(they finally came) So 11:00AM not an good hour for that location because you will be behind in your schedule.

Explain that if returning when shop is closed you will need to go through a lengthy and complicated procedure on your smartphone. Also tell people what to do when the remote key doesn't fit into the lockbox slot.

I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. This is according to the the police and I was still required to pay a $150 fee to uhaul for the accident. I will never rent from uhaul again.

Everything seemed to be ok,except returning the key. We tried several times to put the key in the return box and couldn't get it to go in. We didn't want to damage it so we had to come again when the office opened. Thank You!

I really liked the attendant who helped me. She was very nice. The gas station (for easy filling at the end of the day) and adjacent thrift store for parking next to the site is very convenient.

The service rep, Latoya or Latonya? is a keeper! She has great customer relationship and problem solving skills. Her smile and empathy were genuine. She knows how to handle anxious, stressed and weary clients.

Online checkin process did not offer any advantages. I checked in the prior day, then it asked me to check in again the day of. At the 2nd check in, it had changed my address back to a previous one which I had already updated and added a dolly and moving blankets to my order, all of which I had removed previously. It took no less time to just go to the counter to complete the transaction.

How do you bill somebody; take money out of someones account without a permission. Simply, his debit debit details are with you. Extra money incured should be deducted at the time the vehicle was returned and with the other party, with reasonable explanations.

The passenger door was not completely closed and I did not know it until I was already on the road. When I opened the glove compartment to put my contract in it there was a pile of paper in it. Ensure that the doors are completely closed and the glove compartment is cleaned of anything that doesn't belong there.

I'm the next customer! I returned the van with more gasoline that was in it when I got it. I feel that a few miles should be deducted from the miles that I went over. Just a suggestion because those miles adds up. Overall, the service was good!
