Awful experience. We rented a 10 ft truck for 10 am. We arrived they said they didn't have it so would charge us for 15 ft. Or go to diff location or wait till 2 pm. Not our fault your customers don't return on time. The woman working was so nasty. Just rude. We will never rent again.

I prefer to rent only from Cathy in Holly Springs when I need anything Uhaul. She is customer-oriented, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We've been renting about once per month and will continue to do so.

When picking up the vehicle, the woman at the counter was rude and condescending. She seemed annoyed the entire time I was there and even more annoyed when I had a question. The gentleman that was working when I returned the vehicle was pleasant and a joy to work with.

My truck was not there had to go to another site and then they wanted 140.00 for 3 hours I don't what kind of crap this company is trying to pull . I better not get any charges on my credit card.This was a total desaster of a transaction and would not ever recommend Uhaul to anyone.

Truck was old and had issues. Mirror on drivers side fell and looked at only the ground so driving was difficult. It had a crack in the mirror. Drove like it was old, the steering wheel was loose and the truck wobbled. Also im nkt too sure you are cleaning and sterilizing after use and that concerns me as well. Overall this was my worst experience with uhaul.

Check in/out process was much more complicated than expected and took way too long. It would have been nice for the reservation instructions to include that location services must be enabled on your phone for pickup. Lock in bin to get key was not easy to get into and I had to ask for assistance.

Mattresses and possibly other packed items damaged by rain water in truck rented from another location. The drop off location was very helpful and did deadline the truck so it could be inspected and repaired. Dry nice location and was convenient to our storage area.

This was a smooth pickup and drop off and employees wore masks. Only one customer allowed inside at a time. I liked that you can go online ahead of time to upload your license photos, saving you time once you get there. The truck floor could have been cleaner (there were cracker crumbs) but overall it was easy to drive and a great experience. This is my third time going to this location and I'll return again.

truck was not properly cleaned in the cab or the cargo area. in light of the current health concerns this should be priority ONE!!! The " traffic control" person that contacted me to go to another location than the location that I reserved the truck is absolutely horrible... she is in great need a customer training...

I had the van less than 24 hours and paid for 2 days of rental. That does not make sense or your advertising is bait and switch. Either way that left a very sour taste in my mouth.

The associate at Holly Springs site was extremely helpful to help me get on and back off the road. I'm thankful because I'm not a great "App" person yet.

Cathy was great, answering my questions about the rental. Explained how the charges worked. Even gave me a mask to wear, I had forgotten mine in my friends car when she dropped me off. And they require customers to wear them, which made me feel good that they care about their employees and the public that comes in.

Your Phone App is terrible. Could not use at all the check in and had to wait in line. Check out on the phone app is very very slow. Took about three minutes to load each page and there are many.

the woman at the store was incredibly rude. i am hard of hearing and she was way too irritated when i asked her to repeat herself. speech is way more difficult to understand behind a mask. i guess the ADA doesn't apply at uhaul. this was supposed to be a no contact pickup. when i was outside on my phone trying to find the codes she told me none of the contactless pickups were ready so i had to go inside and deal with her, unfortunately. i will always choose another location in the future (or other brand entirely, there are choices) and advise others to do the same, based on this woman's completely unacceptable attitude. she needs to realize that she works for the person renting the truck and she is fired from ever working for me again. poor rating for the location is entirely based on my experience with that person. someone needs to have a talk with her. i understand things are difficult currently but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of common courtesy. there was no apology for not having the contactless pickup ready, quite the opposite, it was as if somehow her inability to do her job is my fault. there is no excuse for that type of behavior.

I would have to say that no changes are needed. I love how it is so convenient to reserve the rental and sign in before I get to the store. All I had to was provide my I'd and monetary resource, and we were on our way. Thank you so much!

A clear explanation as to what the charges are , what they amount to and what happens to the deposit required , when a vehicle is being rented; EX: The 29.95 paid by my credit card, will not be deducted from the end total on return of vehicle. Also, with an associate there at turn in, why should a customer have to insist that inspection and mileage take place THEN, not be told a statement will be sent later? Plus, nothing was said about a Safemove charge of $14.00 .???

The service I received at this location was awful. When I arrived at my rental pick up time the building was locked, lights were off, and I had to call support to tell them. They had to call the location and tell them I was there. When I finally got inside to receive the keys, the woman was very rude to me, didn't have the moving dolly I had ordered, and was not helpful. After receiving keys and contract, I walked out of the store to discuss a plan with my family on the move. The woman followed me out of the store yelling at me and waving her hands demanding that I come through the office so I can get to the truck right then so that she could help other customers. This would have been easily avoided if she had provided the gate code or even informed me that I needed to walk through the office to be able to get to the truck, instead she chose to rudely scream at me while I was in the parking lot talking with my family. I will never use this location again.

We've rented from there, twice, recently. Both times when we got there the door was locked, during posted business hours, and we had to call the phone number and wait until someone got there to unlock the door. Once inside the agents acted like it was an inconvenience to be there. If it wasn't less than a mile from our house I would never have used them the second time.

$19.95 per day is great but $.99 per mile plus replacing the truck with gas is misleading. I went from a $60 bill to $100 because I drove 45 miles. Pretty messed up advertising. The woman at the rental shop could not have been nicer but I'll shop around next time.
