ALL WENT WELLl, HOWARD AND HIS ASSOCIATE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS AND PROFICIENT AND VERY HELPFUL. THE ONLY COMMENT I WOULD ADD TO HELP A SMOOTHER TRANSACTION IS TO LET CUSTOMERS NO THAT THEY NEED TO HAVE THEIR CELL PHONE WITH THEM TO EXPEDIATE THE PROCESS.
