JOSHUA OGANSHad wrong code for lock to get key. My main problem was with the app to pick up the truck. Not user friendly at all. Took approximately an hour on the phone with customer service. Site kept crashing. I will not use it again. Very Frustrating.

Janice BaileyU-Haul not the site where I got the truck tried to charge me for damaged property that I did not damage this encounter was a nightmare I was at the site for over an hour trying to get it straightened out and they still overcharged me they charged me for a utility dolly where the strap had been cut this for rendering the utility dolly almost useless we almost lost a couple of items because of it and they still charged me for it I would not recommend U-Haul to anybody, I will not use them in the future and they still ended up overcharging me I was towed at the site that my charges would be $96 and something but they charged me $118. I will not be using U-Haul no more because of this encounter.

robert warrenThe whole check out process - it's flawed. Refused to take my reference, and since I'm just decluttering the house to prepare for sale, there's no rental agreement or the like in place. Also, my employer, while it will do both employment and salary notifications, isn't going to do so on Sunday, as closed. I guess in retrospect, I could have gone back home, gotten my passport out of my safe, and come back - but customer service / chat was able to save the day.
CECIL HELTONthis was the worst truck i every rent for u haul driver set all broke down door door was damaged and hard too close had house paint over the damage the key was hard to get in and out back of the truck was painted in white house all the stuff i rented from use over many years this truck was junk if i had to go far then the 20 miles i went and they had another truck i would have refused this one....
ronie MertensThe U-Haul has something nwrong with it. I am not sure if it is an exhaust issue, transmission or some other mechanically issues but. It would take a few tries to start and it was extremely loud. It got louder with acceleration.. I could not hear the person sitting next to me. It was terrible and smelled of fumes. The location was great.. friendly and fast check in.

Amber NapierThe trucks are parked in a gravel lot across the road. There were other trucks there so it was obvious where to park, but there's no sign. If I went to drop off and there wasn't another truck there I wouldn't know where to leave the truck. The apron near the key drop box is much too small and narrow to park a truck.

STEPHEN SKAGGSThe stuff was very professional and helpful. They checked us in and was happy to do so. This location really needs to be put on the website for rental returns. I didn't see the option on the website. Also the Uhaul App hasn't been working correctly for over a week. I can not see my rentals from pass to currently. Please let someone know about this. Thank you!
DEBORAH STARKSThe lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful! I had trouble with the app so she went out of her way to fix the problem and even loaded up the dolly we asked for, even though I told her I would load it. Her office was so clean and nicely decorated, she made me feel at home while she helped me out! I wish I got her name because she deserves a raise!
SIENNA BURGESSIt was initially unclear where I should park the truck. If they didn't have another 26' truck sitting in a vacant lot across the street I wouldn't have known where to park it, but it was not possible to park it at the actual location: no room.
