The car itself was perfect, but I didn’t get the dolly I had reserved, and no one informed me about this until I picked up the vehicle. This was very frustrating and left me without an essential item for my move.

I have never had a worse experience in my entire life after renting 50 + U-Haul vehicles in the last 25 years in 10 states. This location does not have any staff or an office or signage. If you are lucky there is a truck outside to mark the location. You must be there the minute your reservation is; no earlier and no later. Our reservation was for noon but they close at noon; no one there to help and the app wouldn’t let us access the truck. Thank goodness for the lovely lady on the 833 number provided who helped us gain access. They need to close this location since there is no on site customer service and we were in a panic over getting the truck; took 45 minutes to arrange. Would much rather deal with a location that has customer service available.
Mark GGet the check in process to work on the app. I received no code for the lock box and had to call the number. Also when returning, I hit the returning button and nothing happened. I had to call for that too. The woman was great and got me going. The app interaction was very challenging. The vehicle was great!
Thomas VI had a good experience with picking up my vehicle from this location. The only downside is that they did not have a hand truck available even though I reserved one. It would be helpful to know if a location is out of stock on certain equipment so I can plan reservations better.
John FTruck should be checked for trash and boxes before renting out to the next customer. The truck was filled with boxes and leftover trash when we opened it to start loading things for moving, and it took up 1/3-1/2 of the truck. This was unacceptable.
Kellen LBetter signage to office. At pickup vehicle had check engine light on and exterior and wheels were muddy. Office staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Paul CLock on key box was finicky and took several minutes of jiggling to open after correct combination was entered. These locks should be replaced.
Jonathan MThere are no people at this location, you have to use the mobile app, which would be fine but it didn’t work well. The staff were incommunicado when there was a problem, and neglected to send email instructions. that compensated for known problems with the app. There are other u-haul dealers nearby that are more professional and reliable than this one.
Bracken HPros: The lady on the phone was GREAT! She knew every step of the website to help, she problem solved, she made the experience easier. Cons: We couldn’t adjust the mirrors and that makes is so dangerous to try to drive and merge.
EMILY WWe got there and couldn't check in. After calling the 1-800 number and being rerouted 3 times we finally got someone who checked us in via the phone and insturctrd us how to get the keys from the key safe attached to the parking spot. There was no onsite personnel and we couldn't check in via app because the vehicle want assigned.
