The truck wasn’t in the original location that I reserved. In the secondary location they didn’t have all the equipment I reserved even though I was told they would. And I had to drive to a second location to pick up what I needed. When I arrived my truck wasn’t ready and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for it to be prepared.

I was very aggravated with whole app pick up...the app glinched took over hour to pick my truck up..and your call center was NO help 3 different people called NO assistant!! Afrer this experence make person find rental eslewhere...

Blankets were wet and moldy. Check them before resealing the bag for the next customer. Several were unuseable.

Blankets, and a Hand Cart being already loaded in the cargo area for use "IF" needed, at this particular location this truck wasn't preloaded in the event a customer needed these supplies at their disposal this idea comes from other branches that have their trucks preloaded.

Make the reservation accurate, my first reservation was canceled 3 days before the picking-up date. There is so inconvenient that I finished online checking and I do need to check in again with the same process when picking the Van
