The guy that help me was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL WHEN I RETURN THE EQUIPMENT AFTER HE UNHOOK THE TRAILER HE JUST WENT INSIDE I WAITING FOR ABOUT 10 min or so when I decided to call the store I believe he answer the phone I asked him was he coming outside he said do you want a receipt I then asked if I can go he said yea you good to go Really he could of said thank you your good to go and not let me wait outside for nothing He needs to be thought customer service

Best of 3 locations required to meet our needs. Other two locations did not have equipment on hand or required reservations. In the future I will always use Tower Zone. Great Customer Service and equipment.

It took over an hour to get the truck. The person trying to do it had no idea how. My husband ended up calling corporate and getting the area scheduler on the phone for the person. He just didn’t know what to donornwhonto call when he got stuck. It was really frustrating and we were late

They need people that know the system, can communicate with customers and to not charge for furniture dollies if they are not going to provide them. I am having to call in over and over to get someone to refund my money!!! And this is literally WEEKS later and no one has reached out or said anything. I am just getting a receipt, as proof they don't care about their customers and that they still never corrected my charges!

Staff was very professional. The lady who rented the truck to me was super courteous and helpful at both pickup and delivery. Sorry I don't recall her name. Will reccomend this location to others.

Could not understand the representative at the counter (language barrier) they never offered a walk around at pick up and never did walk around at drop off. They acted bothered that I was there renting a trailer from them. I dropped off the trailer on Sunday at 3:54pm And they indicated on my receipt I received later that the trailer was dropped off at 10:30 am on Monday?? Not the best service.

You know, I have been a die hard about renting only at Tam O' Shanter in Stockton, CA. The young lady we worked with at Tower Smoke shop was so great, she opened my mind and I am now willing to rent there. She was wonderful and very easy to work with. Please let her know we greatly appreciate her!

Which location?? I was moved to 3 different locations before I even picked up the equipment. The Smoke Shop on Hammer Lane did not have the parts to go with hooking up the trailer. It took us over an hour to get what we need. After a trip to Autozone and Lowes we were finally able to get hooked up. Also I think it is ab-solutely against a persons privacy to "upload" the front and back of their drivers license into oblivion indefinitely!!

Lady at Smoke Shop was great when I called on 6/21. Gentleman was less accomodating when I called at 4:54 on 6/20. Would not help. I was moving from Tracy CA to Lodi CA. I made a confirmed reservation on 6/14 for a 15' truck, for 6/21, to be picked up in TRACY. Late on 6/20 I got an email from UHAul that I had to pick up the truck in STOCKTON, 3/4 of the way to Lodi, drive it back to Tracy, load, and drive up to Lodi. REALLY inconvenient. Had to pay extra mileage.

The 1st truck we received the check engine light came on 1 mile down the road and it had only 1/8th of a tank of gas. We had to return and wait around a long time before they decided to give us a different truck which also had only 1/4 tank of gas. Not what we expected

The original truck I reserved in Lodi and the size was not available I found out the morning of my move that it was not available and I had to drive to another town who only had a smaller truck, I was told I would be given an extra 45 miles to my one way trip due to having to drive farther and I informed the uhaul lady that I would be a little late due picking up the truck due to the farther drive. When I finally get to the pick up spot for the truck my reservation was canceled. The pick up place reopened my reservation only to tell me theres no notes that I was given an extra 45 miles on my trip and there was nothing she could do for me. Not only was I also already charged for my reservation previously, the pick up spot said they had to charge me again $125 and I should be reimbursed for the original charge for the reservation. So far it's been a week and that has not happened. When I dropped the truck off to the drop off location I had to be charged again for another $45 and claimed I went over by 4 miles, again i told the guy handling my drop off about the extra 45 miles due to my original location I reserved not having it and having to go to another city the guy told me theres nothing he can do about it but I will be reimbursed the $125 charge I had to pay when I picked the truck up. Again it's been a week and that charge has not been reimbursed to me. I will never rent from uhaul again.

I really didn't expect to find a Uhaul rental facility being run by a business that sells drug paraphernalia. At 73 I'm a little out of date.

Truck had a leak in it and my items got very wet. It appeared to have been previously "repaired" in that spot. The dollies and furniture blankets were not in the truck as ordered.

The total reservation put me out of my way in that I had to pick up the auto transport in Tracy then get charged for extra mileage on the truck. The location was odd as I wait in a smoke shop surrounded my marijuana pipes with my elderly mother.

Change the company who handles your rentals. We got threatened by a redneck guy who works there. Super unfriendly. Will never rent from this location ever again. And they scratched my bumper on top of this.

It was shocking and strange that the dealer was in the middle of a smokeshop. Signage wasn't clear and it was difficult to find. Had a difficult time understanding the man doing my paperwork, there was a language barrier and he couldn't answer my questions. A second man put the trailer on my truck. He said that the equipment was damaged/bent and that he wouldn't be able to install it. He refused to attach it to my truck unless I went to Home Depot and purchased a chain link/ring. I shouldn't have been responsible for buying a part and they should not be renting out equipment they deem faulty. The wiring on the trailer was also bad, lights barely worked. At first they didn't work at all and the installer literally jiggled the wires until they worked. This trailer and its bad wiring drained the battery of my car. It killed my battery and I was unable to drive my car the day after. I had it checked out at Autozone and they said my battery was fine, just dead/drained because of the trailer. I'm extremely upset at the lack of professionalism and friendliness at this dealer. I felt unsafe at the location as well as using the trailer and everything about this experience was AWFUL. If I wasn't on a tight schedule I would have NEVER came here.

Had truck abo 2 hours of less Put gas in truck, person receiving truck tried to charge for more gas. I aS charged for more miles. My $19 dollar rental turned out to cost me $55.

When i reserved it on Wilson Way,i went there and this guy couldnt find my name on the system,it showed a diff location on hammer lane,so when i arrived on hammer lane location,i just remembered the guy on wilson way forgot to give me back my drivers license and he left a vm saying it so i had to go back to get it,it was a big hassle what the guy did from wilson way location,then when i got my trailer,i kept telling the guy here on hammer lane location to either give me the trailer ball and joint hitch for $24.95 that was charged on my cc since it says due now online or give me a refund,he tells me he doesnt have it there and to call the 888#, to get my refund,also the guy on wilson way location told me wherver i reserved my trailer,thats where i ahould get the ball and joint hitch,very bad customer service on his part when he shouldve just gave it to me there instead..so i call the 888#,the lady who picked up says to call back tomorrow since theyre closed already..very bad experience today with all uhaul service..bad experience and bad customer service

The customer waiting after me was beligerant and rude. It was amazing how calm and helpful the girl working there was. She was beyond patient and helpful given the fact he was two hours late for his reservation and hadn't called. My hats off to her and what an asset to UHaul
