Make sure you give code for gate
GUY DMy experience was amazing. The guys were very knowledgeable about their equipment and also schooled me on weight distribution regarding utility trailers. Not to mention, they have the fattest house cat I think I’ve ever seen in my life.
KENNETH CMy four hour drive in the snow made me late to pick up the dolly. The staff stayed 45 minute past their closing time just to make sure I could pick up that night! Fantastic service!
Mike GCheck the cargo bed of the truck. Mine had over 20 moving blankets, a dolly and an appliance dolly in the back that i had to.keep moving around to load anything. Other then that, clean location, friendly, professional and.everything else was great.
PHILIP KDid not have an appliance dolly. Said they would update the contract but when I returned the truck I received a call later asking where the dolly was. I expected a refund and have not seen anything.

Byron kMake sure Air conditioning works as this did not work and when driving in 100 degree weather it was very uncomfortable, Make sure Mirrors can be adjusted, as they could not and this made driving it difficult. Make sure windows and mirrors are clean, as these were very dirty impairing sight.

VINCENT SFor my first U-Haul experience, I was a bit underwhelmed. I booked my reservation 2+ months in advance. Less than 24 hours leading up to my check-in date, I was contacted by a U-Haul agent via phone call to let me know that the location I had booked for did not have the item I had reserved. Instead, I was to choose from 1 of 2 other locations that had what I had reserved. Both locations were over an hour away from the original booking location. This was extremely inconvenient for me and put a whole damper on my travel plans, as I was now to figure out a way to make this work. Had they reached out to me earlier in the week, I think this would've been a little easier to deal with. But the fact that it was less than 24 hours until my reservation really didn't sit well with me. Once I had the equipment, everything was great.

Anthony RSecond time we picked up here. The staff was really nice and helpful both times, but the technology wasn't working, BOTH TIMES! This location needs to upgrade it's internet or something, cause it took quite a bit of time to figure out rent without the internet working.

SEAN PGILMORE WAS CLOSED AND WE HAD TOO CALL THE 888 UHAUL NUMBER TO GET HELP. LEFT THE TRUCK OUTSIDE THE GATE BECAUSE NEITER UHAUL 888 PHONE NOR GILMORE HAD A GATE. I WOULD STILL USE GILMORE BECAUSE IT IS CLOSE TO MY HOUSE.

Allysa HMy only problem was that the fuel when I rented it in St Helen’s OR was only about 3/4 full. I returned it 100% full. Some cost I should not have paid. Otherwise, truck was perfect except the side window on the driver side leaked air so bad it was noisy and hard to talk with my passenger.
DON BEveryone who works at this company in Scappoose is great and will get you in and out as soon as they can. They text message you with any updates.
Samantha DI was told the store would be open at 5pm, the time of the drop off. It wasn't. The rental agreement said I could drop off after hours. We couldn't. Locked gate and they didn't open again until 3 days later, on Tuesday
