Truck cab was dirty when rented with debris like hay / grass in the seats and on floor. Also trashy with items like empty drink bottles. Because rental was in far back lot when picked up, was not noted on agreement. We tossed out ALL the trash, but not the hay, before returning, and were charged cleaning fee for condition when returned. Told they inspect and clean every vehicle when returned. Not likely.

I rented the truck for 1 day... Drove it just over 11miles.. The gas needle hardly moved.. I was charged over $23 for gas!!! 11 miles.... almost 6 gallons of gas!!!! REALLY!!!!!!

Car carrier wheel nets were broken and facilities didn’t care to fix them or replace. No other car carrier available forcing me to purchase belts to tide down the car. Very poor service clerk didn’t want to inspect the car carrier with me, no assistance given.

The reservation request was handled over the phone and was excellent, including being called to confirm a larger truck would be okay for my job. While reviewing pricing on arrival I stated that the dolly price on the phone was to be determined when I arrived, I was told no, it's 10$. However, when I checked inside the truck no blankets nor a dolly were in the truck (as per my reservation). I then later realized what they were giving me was an industrial dolly that was not suited for my job. I asked for the standard dolly and was asked to wait for a new contract. I sat down and another person took care of my contract, never printed it, and left the shop without verbalizing anything to me. I had to ask where she went, and where my paperwork went, having to chase down yet another item... My pick up took 40 minutes because of the disorganization. I was patient, but it meant I had to forgo eating and go straight to helping my movers. I was disapointed, as my past experience with this location is what caused me to return. Hopefully this was just a bad day for the two that were working. It left a bad impression compared to my first rental experience.

After hours drop off was time-consuming, frustrating and not easy. uhaul/share.com login issues. Had similar trouble 1 year ago.

Have someone working there. The checkout process was tedious, insulting, and slow. I am not your employee and this was a waste and disrespect of my time. I will not use Uhaul again, unless this process changes.

Triangle Tires made it very easy to drop off. U haul corporate needs to work on scheduling trucks. I will do everything in my power NOT to rent from Uhaul again and use Pensky or Budget or really any other company.

My preferred location was 30 mins away from the actual location of my truck rental and I was not informed prior to. It was noted on my account that someone called and left a voicemail, but I never received a call or voicemail so the day of my rental pick up, I was inconvenienced a great deal due to lack of communication and distance of rental.

App e-drop off process worked ok, except I got so caught up in the step-by-step that when it said I was done I drove off, only to realize 3 hours an 200 miles later I still had the key. That should be a clear step in the e-drop off process, and I don't recall an obvious place for key drop off at the location, either. Customer assistance was limited, have to wait until the location reopens Monday to determine how to get them a key.

I called by phone to get quote for 5x8 trailer. Once I got there, there charge was 3x what I was quoted. When I brought this to lady’s attention, she said, “we don’t usually have one way rentals but that’s why charge was higher”. That’s pretty pathetic.

staff had too much going on, had to put my order through numerous times. when we got to our destination we found the cargo door padlocked and no key- had to pay someone to cut the lock. the last renter had also nailed a bard across the inside middle which we had to have someone remove.

I was charged for an extra day because they were busy and told me to leave the truck and they would email me a receipt. It didn't get checked in for over an hour and a half which put me past my drop-off time

Our pick up location was changed the day before, customer service was not very helpful regarding this nor apologetic for the inconvenience and frustration with an already stressful situation. You do not get to choose the pick up site, only request it and this is not clear on the website.
