Trailer was filthy. The retailer did not have the pads I had ordered. I had to go to the "REAL" U-Haul dealer to get my pads. Why was I sent to this pretender?

Good people st both ends if the one way rental. Also appreciate using the 800 number for reservations. Everything worked out well.

Had to wait to get truck. Only half tank of gas, windshield still dirty and stained. Truck had obviously been dropped, and immediately given to me. Waste of my time sorting it out, and no rebate as per guarantee on late delivery of truck, but then again, UHaul tends not to keep their promises.

I am not sure what U-hauls problem is but I rented a truck for 1 day and got charged for 3 days. And now I have a hold on $142 of my funds in my account for a $41 rental charge. What is wrong with U-Haul? There is no reason I should have a hold on funds in my account because they screwed up and didn't look at the contract that said for 1 day. I think Krystal needs to learn how to enter charges and U-Haul needs to learn how to clean their trucks and trailers and make sure they are operating correctly. 2 times now I have had an issue with U-Haul. I am about done with this crappy company. Are you that hungry for money that you would overbill a customer? Disgusting! Oh, the location I picked it up at were very helpful and nice.

Dolly in back wasnt strapped down, gas was lower than i was told and i have pictures to prove it. I dont care about ciggarette ashes in vehicle as long as i dont get blamed for them. 1.09 per mile is crazy, luckily didnt have to go far. Used truck 1 hour, 20 miles and was hundred bucks! So much for 39.99 advertisement. Not my first time renting a truck so i was aware, but they’re there whenya needem, hopefully you have an arm to spare. Tyre mart was awesome though, in and out service.

Tyre Mart was extremely disorganized and actually quite filthy, and I don't tend to care as about those things. When we arrived, we had to wait for them to clear the system from the previous dropoff & get us ready. During this period they helped other customers that arrived for Tyre Mart-specific businesses. In addition, we had rented furniture pads & a dolly, but neither were available. We were told not to worry about it. We then rented two appliance dollies. (Third note- The second appliance dolly I grabbed wasn't listed in their system, so I had to find one with the numbers that were in their system.) When we arrived at our destination, we discovered Tyre Mart never cleared from the system the fact that they didn't have furniture pads or the dolly for us. There was no attempt to rectify the situation. We were simply told that they had the appliance dollies available & that those were good enough. My wife is very short and struggled repeatedly using the much larger appliance dolly. General sloppy disorganization. This experience has made me distrust third party U-Haul contract dealerships. Our experience with U-Haul stores themselves have always been fantastic, and we will continue using U-Haul. (Just never Tyre Mart & will be especially on our guard for other third parties.) I'm rating two stars and not one simply because we got the truck.

make sure the reservation is at the time it supposed to be we reserve for 8 am and was sent the day before for 3:45 pm luckyly they returned earlier and we get it about nearly 10am otherwise will have to canceled all the hotel reservation
