The service was excellent, both employees were helpful and kind. The uhaul was clean but the check engine light came on after a few miles and close to my destination then the oil light came on as I was driving it back to the uhaul parking lot/location. It was a good thing that I only needed to travel 14 total miles because had I been traveling any distance I feel certain it would have broken down. I called the office to let them know I was coming back and it needed service. The same employees kindly took care of checking me back in upon my return.ELIZABETH S.

Milage on paperwork was different than what was odometer. The employee there was looking at Instagram models on his phone while he processing my paperwork.. kept putting his phone down to show everything he was looking at. Gave me the keys, said he would be out in a minute. As I got into the truck, I noticed there were used tissues on the floorboard. I thought with everything going on, cleaning and sanitation would be a higher priority. We had to wait 45 minutes for him to make sure my wife and I hooked trailer up because we had no service. No chance to talk to him about the mileage discrepancy or preexisting damage on vehicle. I ended up having to walk around and take photos and videos of damage. I ended up calling your customer service number, to discuss the milage and experience... I was told by Laurett Baker to "hold my breath because she doesn't need to hear it." Multiple times. I was also told that a manager would be reaching back out.. that was Saturday, it is Wednesday now and have not heard a response.CALEB L.
Make sure the truck is cleaned out, and the equipment is folded and trolly attached to the truck, so it wouldn't be flying all around the truck. Otherwise everything else was great. Thank youDorothea B.

you store at 2339 Two Notch is horrible there was a rachet set that had a price of 7.95 on it but the store person told me that was hand wriiten the only reason I brought it was because of the price on it. Those person do not honor prices that the lower end of Two Notch and they are non caring about anything! That is why we went to the 2826 Two Notch location much much better environment !!!Malik E.

Reserved 4 days in advance and the neither the appliance dolly, furniture dolly, or blankets were available when I went to pick up the truck. Spent 3 hours trying to locate equipment with no success. Ultimately just bought my own dollies and blankets at a $300 cost. Truck was reserved for 24 hours but at pickup they set it for 22 hours. Due to incorrect booking hours and 3 hours of lost productivity, I got charged for a second day on the equipment. Worst experience ever from UHaul.JAMES M.

I was having trouble checking in using the 24/7 app and was told by two people just leave the keys and they would take care of it. It was not done until today and I was charged for 2 extra weeks. I have spent over 5 hours on the phone with corporate customer service and still have not resolved this issue.ALLEN W.
Mr. Cole, the gentleman working at the time I picked up the trailer was exceedingly helpful. I had to come back several times after having the wrong trailer hitch the first couple of times and he was patient and kind the whole time. Really thankful to have gotten to spend that time with him!SCOTT S.

Brought van back clean, filled with gas, less mileage than stated in the beginning and they still tried to over charge me. Spoke to a female and she didn't fix it correctly. I was charged the amount on paper instead of lesser when I didn't go over mileage. I was told the price would be lesser than on paper if I didn't go over the 10 miles. Lies. Seems like uhaul just charges everyone no matter if they drove less miles. Do better uhaulKYRON H.

Give out the correct location of all uhaul on two notch road. This uhaul save my day. Because wen I called they said they were the uhaul on beltline and it wasn't that a ver bad inconvenience for me when I ask If it was the one I need and got told yes it was. But thank GOD the uhaul I went was able to assist me on a very rainy dayDEBRA M.

Make sure the truck is actually cleaned out. If you threaten to charge a service fee to make sure the truck is clean, then actually do that. Otherwise I had a great time driving cross country. Great customer service on the phone when I needed it.Joshua K.
