I booked my trailer online the night before. I got a phone call the morning of saying that my trailer was unavaiable at the site I chose so I needed to go to another dealer. I got a call from the dealer saying that I was to come to their location but it would have to be at another time since they had to drop grandson off at school. When I arrived at 9:25 the owner was doing things in his office and didn't acknowledge me. Finally his wife went to get him. He came out and talked to his wife for a few minutes before she left. He started to do my paperwork but kept stopping to take phone calls for prices and reservations. When he finally got my paperwork finished (45 minutes later) the printer jammed (it happens to the best of us) so had to wait longer. It took over an hour to rent the trailer although all the paperwork had already been finished before arriving. The location was messy, counters covered with garbage, etc. My son used to run a uhaul location and I have never seen one so messy, poorly stocked, and ill prepared to handle business. My time is valuable and other people counted on me to arrive at a certain time. So between having to pick up the trailer 30 minutes after my reservation time, driving out of my way to get the trailer, and waiting almost an hour to get the paperwork I inconvienced people on the other end. As I passed the Uhaul dealer a few miles down the road from me he had the exact same trailer as I needed although the website the night before said he didn't have the correct trailer.

First there was a time constraint put in the contract I was not asked nor told about until I called customer service to see if I could drop off at a closer location, where I was told it would cost $200 to drop off at a closer location, when I noticed the drop off time I called customer service back and spoke with a Todd, who informed me it would cost extra to extend the drop off time even though I was never told about the time nor was I ever asked about how long I would need it , I asked Todd to look up the last 2x I've rented a U-Haul for 24 hours at the same cost, he refused I wanted to speak w his supervisor which he put me on hold then informed me his supervisor granted him permission to extend my drop off time, I still spoke with his supervisor to confirm this , it was a total nightmare dealing with this Todd. When I returned the truck a little before 9pm Saturday October 5,2019 to 1200 Boyd pharris road, I was unble to sharey location tried numerous times, at that point used my son's phone to log in , when we did the app said there was a discrepancy w the miles, it said the miles were lower than what we started with, so at 9:04 pm Saturday October 5 2019 I placed a call to customer service once again , the rep said she would need to transfer me to someone who could help , after being on hold for 20 minutes I hung up and called back, a Todd answered , I specifically asked him if he was the Todd I spoke with earlier in the day, he informed no after looking up my account, I told him the trouble I was having logging in and sharing my location and the miles issue, he informed me he could do a manual check in over the phone , which I was happy with. He assured me more than once he was able to do the manual check in and there would be no issue s, After I arrived back home I received a text about 10:20 PM Oct 5,2019 that my rental was due to be dropped off at 11;00 PM , so I called customer service back around that same time, the rep I spoke w informs me that no such check in was done and that they themselves cannot do that , at that point I asked to speak w a supervisor, at 10:47 a Neferti got on the phone w me , I went through w her everything that had happened w Todd , she apologized and told me even herself could not do a manual check in over the phone , so she extended my drop off until Monday October 7, 2019 @7 am when the place @1200 Boyd pharris road would be open, which I was happy with but I informed Neferti I wanted that phone call w Todd at 9:24 pm sat Oct 5,2019 found and something done about. Todd flat out lied about the manual check in , I believe he was the same Todd from earlier in the day, and I believe everything he said and done on the 9:24 pm phone call was retaliation for the earlier phone call, he lied to try and cheat and steal money that would not be owed, This was the worst experience I have ever had , it was a colossal mess from the beginning of renting this truck!!!! I ve never experienced such incompetense, lying, mone

The owner was rude and the truck was very dirty. The owner also accused me of damaging the truck and tried to charge me for it. After I told him I didn't he called me a liar. I don't know this for certain but if you looked into his background in regards to uhaul I'm sure he's tried or succeeded to do this with other customers. I have rented multiple Uhauls for my business and I will no longer give Uhaul my business until this is resolved. Sorry for the negativity but this was a horrible experience that I could not let go without comment.

I will admit that I should have taken a picture of the odometer before I left the rental location. However, I did not and my receipt showed 1100 miles driven. That's like driving from here to Gulf Shores, AL and back. I put less than 100 miles on the truck because I only drove it to Lowe's once, the scrap yard once, and the landfill twice. The man who owns the place is not overly friendly, but at least he's not outright rude either. I could tell he wasn't thrilled about it but he did get the charges refunded. 1100 miles! He denies it, but an employee or someone has driven that truck without authorization between rentals and put a lot of miles on it. Either that or there's a problem with the odometer.

No mattress cover available for purchase. Rented the 2 wheel dolly and then no ramp on van, Frustrated! Brochure was in French. I didn't understand when I turned it in that I would need pictures, and I dropped the keys off and locked the van before the photos. There was something sticky on the floor between the seats when I got the van. Also, location was further from my home, but they were only one in town with van on the day I needed. Guy running place was nice.

The vehicle was extremely dirty on the inside of the cab because the recent user had driven through very muddy conditions. I cleaned the inside of the cab and the very muddied tires with diluted Simple Green, which left them clean. Otherwise, the vehicle was in very good condition.

Air out the tobacco smell inside the cab We had to sweep leaves out of the back of the pick up truck before we could load it.

We picked up and returned the vehicle after hours so we had to to use the website interface exclusively. When we were picking it up we had considerable difficulty in maintaining a connection, sending and receiving information, etc.. When returning the vehicle we could never send the requested photos.Your site would not "recognize and accept" the pictures. I attempted to take and send the pics until my phone went dead! ...Put the key in the box along w/paperwork and left.

I was charged far more than indicated. The personnel didn't care of my needs or opinions just handed the bill while assisting someone else on the phone. If I use u haul again I will not use this location.

We rented a Cargo Van to transport items from my storage building to other local places. It was convenient to load & unload--much better than the pick-up truck we had originally thought of renting.

Ronnie and Willard went above and beyond to help my husband and I! We were moving across the US from CA to NC and our transmission went out in TN - we were stranded, it was a Saturday and no auto repair shops were close by. Ronnie and Willard met us where we broke down in our truck. Since we were moving and were super crunched for time, we didn't have time to get our broke down truck repaired in TN, so we rented a U-Haul truck and trailer and pulled our truck up onto the trailer to finish our trip to NC. Beyond excellent service and Ronnie and Willard got us back on the road as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Thanks so much -Lisa Macejko :)

This was a more than terrible experience, the vehicle was in poor operating condition and the trip was completely wasted with the vehicle waiting for service or another option. I did not get what I went for, I will probably take action regarding this rental.

Not a good experience. first of all, the guy showed up to open his shop 30 minutes late. Second, he mentioned nothing about gas but we were charged 48 dollars for gas even though i don't think we even drove 48 miles. Lastly, he closed his shop at noon so upon returning the truck we had to park it next to a fence in a small area.
