make sure ALL lights work! No running lights at all and Both blinkers stopped working while we were driving down to Florida, not safe at ALL! Never recieved any paperwork after asking for it a number of times, even when we picked up the uhaul they just said it will be emailed to you. Even today 1/10/2021 still nothing from them.Jeff E.

The drop off experience was a lot to be desired. The site was clean but the scan code did not work and due to COVID restrictions the site was not open. This was not the case with the pick up location where there are no COVID restrictions. If the app or website would have been functional the drop off would have been a breeze.TIMOTHY W.

The man working there the day I picked up my truck was very curt almost rude to me. I was confused about procedures for mobile pickup and he was demeaning and unhelpful. I am not technology challenged just unsure and he insinuated that I was ignorant because of my age. The check back in procedure was frustrating with having to take a picture of the cargo hold. I am short and didn't have the help to reopen the back so I just skipped it.Debra B.

Make sure equipment is in good condition. Not an hour on the road and one of the tires blew on the trailer. I waited 3 hours on the interstate for someone to come. When the gentleman arrived he said they got the call 90 minutes ago - so that means they DIDN'T EVEN CALL until I'd been sitting for 90 minutes and made a 2nd call in.Terrie C.

Quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had renting. No one on duty that could help and the steps that had to be done on the smart phone should have mostly been done prior to pickup but was not an option. 30 minutes trying to perform necessary steps in sun glare and knowing there were time constraints I needed to meet. Just terrible. And if I don't get a refund for unused estimated miles, I will be contacting corporate office to tell them how unhappy I am.Sherri S.

We used your 24/7 app. We had problems with that. We ultimately were able to take the van, but we weren't sure our pictures of some already present damage to the back doors uploaded(still don't know). I tried to call and online chat, but held for more than 15 mins for both and never spoke/chatted with anyone. Returning the van was easier, but I won't use the 24/7 pick up again.Patrick M.

I guess your contactless checkin also makes your customer service go down to nothing. While not rude, being given a key to a truck and a dolly left in the store lobby and then having to find the truck #, pull the truck away from the wall to be able to put the equipment in the truck is just sad to me. Since I comleted the online checkin and confirmed my pickup time the truck should have been ready for me, equipment loaded. The checkout However was very pleasant. Never the less, I wont be going to this location again.Claudia M.

First, when we got there, no one was manning the desk and we had to yell for someone to come to the front. Then, when I asked if I could add another driver to my order, I was told that was all done through the app. However, I was unaware as to how to get to the app and the person "helping" me was not willing to explain how or where to go for the app. Second, after I checked out, I asked if there was any paperwork, he said that it was all done through the app. Again, no idea how to get to the app. I had to figure that out for my self. Before I walked away, he "reminded" me that if I returned the truck after hours I would be charged a $20 convenience fee. Which makes no sense considering everything is done on the app. My rental was for 6 hours and I picked up the truck around noon. They close at 5:30p. When I finally got to the truck, the truck had under half a tank of gas. When I returned the truck, the same thing happened as when I first got there. I had to yell for someone to come to the front. I told him I was returning the truck. He goes, "I will come check the truck in." When he looked at the gas, he said I was short and that there would be a $4 dollar charge. I explained to him that when I got the truck it was under half a tank and that I marked that on check out. He said that wasn't possible. I also told him that I put $20 worth of gas in the truck which was 10 gallons. He did not believe me. He said, "you only went 10 miles?" I said, "yes. Give or take." When I got my bill, it was written that I went 23.5 miles and I was charged for the full 23.5 miles. When I did my calculations, I only went about 13 miles. I will NEVER do business here again. If this is how they run their business by cheating people, I don't want anything to do with them. I felt like all they cared about was getting my money and nothing else. My advice, go somewhere else. I have been trying to email them but they will not return any emails. Now I will start calling.Melissa K.
