The "Express Pickup" was a joke. There was nowhere to click "Pickup Truck" on the website after logging in. Thank goodness the employees at ACE were very helpful and worked around it.

The only problem was an unclean UHaul, the floor was sticky and dirty, otherwise everything was great. The UHaul truck was good on gas too.

return my money for a failed order !!! My order from 07/22/2019 for the amount of $ 302.50 !!! Today 4 business day and you do not return the money !!! The order was not completed due to the fact that I did not have a cord for lighting, your specialists did not help me in your stores and there was no such cord. why don't you have these cords, the right parts, and not sell them in your offices on site? I spent half a day searching for the cord in a strange city. the next day I found the cord and placed the order elsewhere. but in the contract I did not specify the address of the delivery of the trailer. another question, why do I have to pay at least three days to rent a trailer, if I need one for one day and I need to drive only 300 miles? I paid not a little money. and I am grieved that so far my money for the canceled order has not been returned to me. Return the money !!!

They change the location without notifying, this place is not a uHaul store so I was not able to find help how to use the trail and at the end I had to returned, next time I'll do it in person instead of online, because I need to make sure the place is a uHaul place.

I had a 24/7 mobile pick up, the website wouldn’t load when I tried to pick up my truck. Called customer service and they were no help and said it happens allot. The only way I was able to pick up the truck was due to a OnSite store manger that say me in need. He saved my life and helped me get the truck when he no obligation to. U-HAUL service is horrible but you were saved by that store owner.

When my son picked up the truck it stated in the contract the damage to the box had been repaired with duct tape. We were charged $335.89 dollars for damage. Not happy about this. My son also filled the truck to capacity with fuel before putting it on the lot and we were charged $31.85 for fuel. Why!!! I have used U-haul for many moves and I have always been very happy with the service. I recommended them to my son for his move.I'm not sure I can do that again. This was a very bad experience.
