The people from the gas station were already busy with the gas station customers but still they were fast in processing my rental and nice in dealing with all the customers. Regarding the U-Haul web app, I wanted to use it to return the rental, but its direction regarding where to park the truck were a little bit confusing.Dorel S.

Id like a refund for the $25 cleaning fee i was charged for a vehicle that was dirty and smelly when I picked it up. The check in process was difficult and took to long. I had to reenter information multiple times and then wait for an approval for a vehicle that I made an appointment for a week before.Terry T.
