The guy was super helpful for picking up. The unfortunate side is that I got a call before my pickup from Uhaul telling me that the truck I wanted was not at the location I wanted, so I had to drive about 25 minutes out of the way to get it. In return, I was told I could pickup my truck a day early after hours and pick it up via the Uhaul app. Plus, I would get an extra day on my rental plus extra mileage. Well, that did not happen. I went to pick up my truck after hours and the Uhaul app said I could not pick up this truck remotely. Then asked if I wanted to drive out of the way to pick up another one. Lucikly, I knocked on the door and the nice man that checked me in just happened to be there after hours and helped me out. Guess what, I also did not get the extra day. I am not sure if I got extra miles or not.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkSame location, but didn't go into a truck trailer as the office. Jim was there after hours to make sure the truck was returned to the lot.
BRYAN KThis is the second time we've rented from this U-Haul location, and the people there are really nice. This time we got the same trailer that we rented the last time we rented, and it had exactly the same damage that we reported last time we rented. Same holes and damage to the trailer, same lights were broken and didn't work, and the same loose coupler on the tongue. I asked the lot attendant and he said that U-Haul just has not sent out the guy to fix the equipment. It worries me a little that U-Haul is so concerned with detailed rental inspection reports, but does nothing to fix the damages and discrepancies noted.
