Think it's shady ( pun intended) t o get charged a late fee repeatedly but your company can't stay on top of keeping the lights in working order. I mean if your going to demand payment on time seems the least you could do is make sure the lights work.

greg b | First Impressionsmoved in and one month latter rent went up to 85.00 for a 5x5 unit - what a rip off after spending a lot of money with trailers and rentals this year - sad they do this practice of upping rent a month after you move in I can rent a 2 bedroom house at 950 sq feet for 2100 - works out at 2.21 a sq foot - so a 25 square foot storage unit should be less - but at 85.00 for 25 sq feet thats = to foot its equal to 3.40 a square foot - go rent a house its way cheaper
