The only thing I had an issue with was the app. I tried to get movers book an appointment and no response and no body came. I had to load the truck by myself.

The staffs were disorganized, when it came to the pickup of the van and collecting of keys! Barely any assistance and when asked the workers reacted clueless as to what is suppose to be done.
