I have tried calling 3 times now to confirm that I will not be charged for the rental of space that I ended up never using, and can never stay on hold long enough to talk to someone. Can you please confirm that I am not being charged for this space that I am not using? It was one of those free 30 day things but I didn't end up needing it. Thank you, I"m sure your space is fine. I've never seen it.
