Great facility for short-term, or long-term storage needs. My need was only for a couple of weeks and I was very happy with the free 30 day storage for renting a one-way trailer from Florida to Maryland. I would recommend using the U-haul app and the Glen Burnie facility for your moving and storage needs.
Michael T | Overall ExperienceI think the number one thing I would highly recommend or wish that there were was a light inside of the actual storage unit. It is not easy to see what you have in there even with the hall lights on. I did check that the staff was friendly however they always weren’t helpful. Had to go looking for someone on two different occasion's, the other time I spoke to a young man and was clear about renting a storage unit and truck, and when we went back they said there was no record of the reservation for the truck or the unit. Little things like that were kind of annoying, but overall it was a good experience.

JOSEPH S | First ImpressionsTwo young employees on Sunday were rude to the customer and when customer requested to speak with manager on duty at the location on Sunday, pretended to be “Kai” and that he was the manager and would not assist. Then the employee walked away came back another Uhaul employee at which point both started harassing the customer and refused to assist. Other customers were present and appalled by the Young Uhaul employee behavior issues. The actual manager was asked by Michael a helpful employee and Kai was able to provide assistance for the rental reservation. Disappointed in poorly trained in customer service and knowledge of Uhaul Starr for Uhaul storage rental. Not what I have come to expect at that Uhaul location
DAVID B | First ImpressionsMy month began on the 30th. I was charged for a whole month. Storage unit was cleared out on May 1st. So i neef a refund of the difference between Aprlil 30th and May 1st. That is the only thing making me feel negative re: U Haul. It's about handling busin̈ezs.

lavonne t | First ImpressionsI can’t begin to tell you how much it ment to me when Mrs Vicky just listened to my store as I was trying to figure out how I moved out of 2 units lol but she figured it all out and I told her we really didn’t need the space we had and asked how much I would need to pay if we were out before our month was up and she said nothing I couldn’t believe it!! This was a very emotional time for our family getting our baby son back to Maryland after 3 years and u haul made it flawless THANK YOU SO MUCH
