doreen m | Overall ExperienceThere are some confusion about two storage boxes that I was renting on special over the phone, but when I got down to the facility, they weren’t ready. Then the day I went in to get the truck and the units they have been picked up, which is a little bit disappointing. But the young lady bend over backwards to make sure I got a storage unit of the appropriate size. Would’ve been nice to get a discount on it though because of the confusion. Overall it wasn’t the worst experience I ever had at U-Haul actually it was relatively pleasant despite the mess up
