Once the new owner took over she was rude, very unprofessional and would not allow me to gain my access code or meet me at the facility to get my camper out. I stated many many times I had a camping trip and need to get it out and she laughed and said I needed to give 48 hour notice to have someone open the gate. MIND you no one ever told us the facility was sold and these new rude owners took over. I will never recommend this place to anyone
