BRIAN M | Overall ExperienceStaff went above and beyond to assist me feel comfortable leaving my camper parked there. One time, because I am a novice and backed my little camper in crooked, they straightened it up without mentioning it to me. I appreciated all their help. Another time they assisted me by making sure my camper hitch was properly done so I would have no trouble going down the road. And this was the woman behind the counter! Good people! I am a 65 year old woman so perhaps they wanted to make sure everything was okay for me. They offered me an easier space to park in on the end of the row when it became available.

GUILLERMO H | Overall ExperienceDo not put your stuff here unless you want it to be deficated on by rats the size of Texas. My stuff was in this building for less than a month and hundreds of dollars worth of items were ruined by a massive rat that got in. Worst customer service ever. Not easy to pay bill. They don’t send out an invoice, and they have no emergency line for issues after normal business hours. We were trapped in the storage fence for over an hour and no one would pick up the phone. I finally got ahold of the owner by asking the lady behind the counter at the gas station and was told “you have to wait till Monday” I tried to talk to the man personally on the phone but he refused to listen to me. I drove 8 hours to clean out the unit on a Saturday and they had absolutely no one to contact when they are closed. I’m a single mom going through a divorce and this storage unit really inconvenienced me and cost me more than it should have.

Matthew D | Overall ExperienceI stored my RV here for over a year and a half. The only issue I had was a rat infestation that ruined two of my walls. Other than this , which my RV was parked in the very back, I had no issues at all with the location, easy access and hours of operation. Whenever I do need to restore my RV I'm definitely checking with Park Place first.
REBECCA P | Overall ExperienceWe moved due to the fact that every time we to pick up our RV we had an ant infestation. I put down ant grandules around the landing gear and tires but with weather and wind didn’t last and we ended up getting more ants. This past weekend when we got to our camping spot we doing thousands of ants. Several areas where they made nests. Etc. Our spot was next to a spot where a dog poop company had a dumpster so the ants had food and only needed a place to stay warm and out of the rain. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
DAVID W | Overall ExperienceWell located and convenient, this storage facility has made it easy for us to access our storage unit over the past few years. I like that it is secure and they keep an eye on things there, this has made me feel safe when accessing our storage unit when I was alone. The office staff has always been friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend this storage facility if you are looking for storage.
