Lee was very helpful with the issue of the system not working to give me a swipe card for access to my unit and got a fix for the issue pretty quickly. Scales was very nice helping me to lock my unit and make sure I was able to get to it despite the swipe card issue. Everyone was very friendly and overall was a good experience.

I lost over 75% of items and had been paying to store my goods to house mice.. retrieving the few things I could was an anomaly as many mice were escaping the unit !!!!! And mice dropping s was horrendous !!! Horrendous is an understatement… so much money to have my belongings destroyed
