PIERRE P | Overall ExperienceI have come to rely on UHaul storage as a regular part of my life. I have rented vehicles from UHaul for over10 years, the added feature of using storage had allowed me peace of mind during moving. Always convenient, good price and the bonus of not having to sign a year contract. Moving is no longer stressful.
LINDAT C | Overall ExperienceThe reason I am giving 2 stars is because of the reservation system. I had reserved a unit 2 months prior to and called to confirm that it was available. Moving from 2500km away, I find out when I arrive there that the unit is not available and that they cannot do anything. It is only after we insisted that they started looking into other options to accommodate. I had reserved a ground floor 10x10x20 and got 4 units of 10x10x5 on the second floor. Why reserve when U-Haul cannot fulfill the reservation? This can really make for a stressful situation especially after crossing the country with a truck full in the parking lot and 2 hired movers waiting to unload. U-Haul real needs to find a better way to handle this.

Minafuro W | First ImpressionsAggressive and insulting front desk clerk. Has this person worked customer service before? I prepaid for a mattress protector and would have been sent on my way and not have been given one if I didn't to mention it... I was offered a free lock to book this unit on your website. Then I receive a text to check in for a free lock, which I did. Only to arrive and be told I will not obtain one. This is false advertising.
