Aggressive and insulting front desk clerk. Has this person worked customer service before? I prepaid for a mattress protector and would have been sent on my way and not have been given one if I didn't to mention it... I was offered a free lock to book this unit on your website. Then I receive a text to check in for a free lock, which I did. Only to arrive and be told I will not obtain one. This is false advertising.
