Poorly managed. I had 2 units at this facility and I could never get a hold of anyone there by phone. I got charged $189.00 for my monthly fee. A day prior to me cleaning out my units I got charged again $189.00 as I should have. After several attempts at calling the store with no answer, I decided to leave a message to the manager to see if I could get a pro-rated credit for the following month. I spent over 3000 dollars with Uhaul and was never even called back or reached out by email. A terrible way to treat a customer in my opinion and I will recommend everyone I know to never use UHAUL!

My unit has two holes in the door and the door itself does not stay up. It is clear that the staff do not regularly inspect these units or ensure they are ready for move in. I checked in on line for the free lock. When I got to my unit, after checking in with the front desk to see where it was, I found that it had another lock on it already that the place needed to remove. I did find the lock in the unit, which tells me that someone did actually go to the unit, but no effort was made to take care of having holes in the door or the door not staying up prior to my arrival. I did not even get a phone call from the place saying the unit had issues and if I wanted to have a different unit. When I went back to the front desk to tell them of these issues, some staff basically said the units in that part always have problems and the one helping me said that he would have to talk with the manager when she was back on shift on Monday.
