The staff were very kind and helpful. The office was very clean and well organized. Unfortunately, the locker we were assigned had a huge drift of snow in front of it. It took quite a while to get someone out to get the existing lock off for us, and once we were finished loading the locker, we were unable to close the door because of the accumulated snow and ice, and the fact that the rubber on the bottom of the door was frozen. It took staff an extra 20 minutes to help us shovel out enough snow and use enough ice melter spray to actually get the door into a position where it could be secured, and we have been informed that once we open it, we will likely have the same problem trying to close it again . As much as we wanted the drive up locker, at this stage, considering the cold and the accumulated snow it would’ve been nice to have been offered an indoor locker until such time as it was easier to access the outdoor one, and we certainly would have accepted that. As it stands when we return, if there’s still the same amount of accumulated snow and frigid temperatures, we will once again require staff assistance to access and then secure the locker.

And from today. I'm not going to going to rent any store or any van from them.After being a client with them for 3 years and a half. I spoke to them on the phone and then the next day when I came she said oh, I don't remember you. What is you or no? I used to speak to a lot of people. They're so rude and they don't appreciate.

Gordon M | Overall ExperienceAt first glance storage facility was adequate for storing transitional house items. However, I needed to organize the household items for ease of use. The facility management decided not to support this change. I understand the facility has timed lighting for one to walk get in/out of the facility. But for longer periods for lighting to organize once belonging this is not the case. I have been caught in dangerous positions in the dark when the lights went out. I was lucky not to fall or hurt myself. I told management and they ignored my request. This is a very dangerous place to get organize on ones storage. I do not recommend anyone to use this facility for long durations.
