MELISSA S | Overall ExperienceThe storage is up stairs, entrance was always blocked by storage bins or vehicles. On the finally day we rented a UhAul truck to empty the unite there were bins in the way took them time to Move them, they didn’t move them all and we couldn’t get the truck angled to easily load. Overall it has not been a great experience using this facility. On top do that the truck we rented was already so abused and ran extremely ruff.

Kim L | Overall ExperienceThere is a lot of mice poops, my massage chair was damaged by mouse bites. The whole place is infested with mice even though they recently raise the rate to do pest control. Loading and unloading is always struggle, there are always U-Haul trucks blocking the door. The loading door is always closed.

I was worried that I did not view the unit before paying online however was given the option to view units and move units as needed in person at the facility. The building is clean and well maintained.

Beth S | Overall ExperienceAccess to my locker was via the elevator which was sometime in use by other people, the floor was very uneven and caused items to fall off the moving platform. A ground floor facility would be better but I appreciate that it would be difficult. Lighting in my locker was non-existent.
