The only bad thing is that when you reserve only the space is not warranted, my storage unit was supposed to be on the 1st floor but when I arrived there was no availability and I was placed on the 2nd floor, system should be updated to avoid that.

I did kill it, but was very dissapointed to see this and pray they are not crawling across my things I just stored.😟 I dont want roaches hitching a ride to my new dwelling.
REGINA J | First ImpressionsOn Thurs., Aug. 7, 2025, three (3) customers were awaiting assistance at approximately 8:00am. Nakita Settles managed to ensure that two (2) of the customers were signed-in to retrieve moving trucks, including taking pictures of the vans before leaving the lot. Ms. Settles took care of the third customer and answered several phone calls. Moreover, Ms. Settles' attention to detail was impressive along with exhibiting enormous professionalism. Upon return of the moving van, the care of the customer (me) continued by Ms. Settles. Every business should have an employee who goes beyond the basic requirements. Ms. Settles was awesome!
