Our only issue was that we arrived right when this location opened and another customer was in line in front of us. He took a long time to be checked in because of some payment issues. So even though we had prepaid, we ended up waiting. But I don't know how this could have been avoided. Otherwise, this was a good location and experience and the staff was friendly.

The rental process was impossible with U-Haul itself. We had to drive to a different town to get the truck. U-haul does not answer their customer service line. They answer the reservation line right away and then hang up on you. The pick up and drop off location were great. U-haul itself is not worth doing business with!

Better instructions on the 24/7 pick up routine. Clear your browser cookies, be patient, use Safari or Explorer browser, not Chrome, have better cell reception or wifi at this location.

The young man who helped me seemed knowledgable. When I arrived, a tail light on the trailer had gone out at some point during my trip.

The morning of my rental, Uhaul Corporate in Colorado Springs called to confirm the tow dolly was ready in Durango. I thought that was nice. When I arrived at Durango they told me they DID OT know anything about a tow dolly for me! They told me I had to drive 20 miles to Bayfield to get one! WHAT WENT WRONG? Then in Bayfield, the number on the trailer did not match the number in their computer, so that took an hour to fix! At this point I was almost 2hours behind schedule, but still happy to have a tow dolly. The rest went smooth.

Clean the Truck! Fix the trailer lights, they did not work! Fix leaks in Truck! Considerable damage was done to my possessions due to rain water coming in from the front of the truck!

As we pulled up jerry came out let us know where to park came in took care of the paperwork checked over the truck and car hauler and that was it quick and painless. Very friendly staff highly recommend these people

Valley feed is s great outlet. Uhaul in my opinion is a terrible company. Customer service is awful. It takes hours to resolve issues You think the internet is the answer to all problems but not all of us have internet access especially when you are on the road. If UHaul wasn’t the only game in town I would never use them again. Rich Dory

I was on my own to unhitch the trailer from my truck. The tongue weight was very heavy and difficult for me. Would be nice to have someone there help me.

The claims department is insulting and negligent! Since I returned the trailor I have had no response from the various field managers I spoke to about my damaged belonging. Not only am I having to pay this inadequate trailor but now I have to go buy two new air conditioning units! The trailor was supposed to be enclosed but it leaked! Waste of my time and money!

I asked for the smallest trailer(4' x 6'), ended up with the second smallest 5' x 8'. Colorado to Florida.

A note was added to the contract that I did not see nor was it brought to my attention. It was noted that there was damage to the truck that could result in water getting into the truck and that I agreed to this risk. Well, had I known that water could get in I would not have accepted the truck! I got to my destination to find that much of my stuff was wet after going thru a downpour. If you know there are problems with a rental don’t be shady and be up front with people.

When 'texting drop off location information, include the name of the business as my GPS did not recognize the street address given. After two stops for info in a small town, I was able to find out the name of business and then my GPS found them. The was a slight difference is street nomeclatuire which would not have been a problem had I been given the name of the business as it had been given to me for the pickup location.
